This used to be a Valley Dairy restaurant until a few years back. Now an upscale (for the area) Italian eatery. Nice decor, understated. Probably the biggest surprise for me was that upon sitting down to dinner (which was very good), they had 14 taps at the bar. That was the first surprise, since for most of this region, there really aren’t a lot of beer places. The second, bigger surprise was that out of the 14 taps, they had 2 beers that I had not rated! That freakin’ blew my mind. Here in little Ebensburg, Cambria County. For the record, it was SNPA on draught (the weaker cloudy kind), and Brooklyn Antwerp Ale (which as of this note has only 17 ratings). Was also Anchor Steam, DFH 60 Min, some regional micros, and a few standard macros. Not too shabby for the area.
