62 Visited on May 17, 2015 in the afternoon. It’s one of the two new BDMtl pubs to open, with the other one on St. Denis Street, although seems to be the most recent of the two. Located in the annex of the old Viger train station, the pub seems a bit isolated from most of Old Montreal, it’s very far from most attraction which can hurt them, but the location is very residential. Inside, on of the largest dining room related to a brewery I’ve seen, the place is a bit cool with black and gray colors, minimal decoration. There are some nice comfortable chairs in the bar section. The service was very courteous, well I was for the most part the only one, the bar tender seems to be fairly knowligable. I only had but one beer, pretty good, the food which I did not have looks like your typical pub far. A faire alternatif to the two other brewpubs in Old Montreal! |
