2016 update - that local one’s closed. However, the other branches have the same range and same feel, so that review stands.
Suddenly appeared in September 2012 in our local market. To get there, head out of the old town on the north-west side, Suur Klosteri is perfect. It’s on the bus-stop side of the market building, rather than the train side. House beer was 1e/L and tasted like a Viru brew. A very clean one, to be honest, better than most. 3 decent beers from Latvia too, Uzavas light, and 2 Bauskas beers. I think they may have had a couple of big-name lagers (Velko/Stella?) Clean, and sparse, and with staff that didn’t speak any English apart from numbers. However, all you need is the beer name and the quantity, and you’re sorted. Beer was fresh. Place was clean and a bit sterile. But it’s a bottle shop - you enter, you buy, you leave. Don’t look confused if you’re handed a full bottle and a cap separately - you have to put the cap on yourself, that’s the law.
