Great bar, with nice music and atmosphere just off place st roch. A small-ish, but nice selection of bottles, and recently a rotating tap and often changing IPA bottle list (as well as a house pale ale/IPA). Owners and staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to beer. Food is meat/cheese plates (much better than the typical ones you find in town) to go with your pint. Nice place to go and sit with friends, as it’s not too noisy and there’s usually a place or two to sit (inside or out).

A very friendly and unpretentious place on the fringe of a buzzing quartier in the centre of town. Deco is vintage cool with the emphasis on music as is echoed in the very wide ranging playlist. Clientele is very varied - students (french and international), anglophones (the owners are anglophone), courting couples and quartier nighthawks. Interesting beer is all in bottles (35ish) and is primarily belgian with a toe dipped in small scale french brewing and internationals. Food is kept simple and affordable but good - plates of charcuterie and cheese.
