Nice place with lots of locals. Nice licals beers. Tgey eere brewing when we eere here so bonus points.

Stopped in for a good beer while in Hanoi. The brewpub had a nice ambiance, with a well-simulated Czech style and atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient, especially with it being fairly empty at the time. The selection of beers was limited, but still good for Vietnam, and the value was great for a large beer. I did not try the food. Overall it was a good place to go for a quality beer in Hanoi.

Hard to find but walking distance from the lake, once inside very worth while the visit. A bit of a male bastion of drinking and a menu to frighten the brave, half cooked goat with lemon? stewed goat foot & medical herb? 2 good beers right up to standard

A bit on the downmarket end of Hanoi’s brewpub scale, and all the better for it. Has a definite Czech feel. Only the pale beer was available, but it was tasty. Had a great meal here but then was violently ill due to undercooked pork. So I’m not really sure how to score the food. Probably best to steer clear I suppose. Good place though.

Festive, lively fun atmosphere. Great drinking vibe. Some fun menu items. Had all three Goldmalt beers, unlike #2 location which only had the one. On embassy row so has interesting crowd.

Another Gold Malt with this one found on leafy Tran Phu. Was disappointed with only the one beer available. Quite a small establishment but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s popular with locals so you’ll meet friendly and interesting people here.

Place with local wibe. Multistore place packed with locals. Service was friendly, but they didn’t understand anything ... even "rice" was too difficult. Only one beer available (Pilsner 12). It was ok.

Reached at the end of a long brewpub crawl in May 2008. Not at all the huge brew palace as some other Hanoi brewpubs, but more one with a local feel. Friendly service and extraordinary good beers, the pale ones in particular.
