Inca is in a great building in a prime location overlooking the river adjacent to central Quito. The main bar is upstairs with an indoor area plus a couple of outdoor areas. Downstairs there is a large under-cover open air area which I presume only gets used during busy periods. They have a range of home brews on offer including an excellent IPA. Their food is essentially Mexican based and is good. Service was good and prices average to pricey for Cuenca. The overall ambiance is very much like a British Pub with the clientele when we visited largely local expats. All up, a decent place to try for beer. Ignore the Ratebeer map which has is in another city altogether and just Google it.
