Very nice place in stylish bar & restaurant district. Must be great fun here on weekend evenings. Beerwise - 2 very dull, watered-down brews (filtered & unfiltered). Totally loved the place & area, but beers sucked donkey balls...
Big flashy place that feels more like a party/dance place rather then a pub. I had some beers with the owner who claimed they still brew beers here. It didn’t look like it to me. Located on the big bar street in Clausen.
Visited this place for a quick beer & lunch driving through Luxembourg on the way to Munich. Hot, sunny day so we sat outside so not sure what this place looks like on the inside. It’s in a weird area - looks like the street is a temporary film set consisting of loads of different bars and restaurants.
Anyway, service was excellent as was the food. Beer was fine. Judging from other reviews, they don’t brew on site? It was good enough but I certainly wouldn’t bother visiting again.
(Visited July 2014) German style restaurant and beer hall in the Clausen restaurant and bar area. Located in what looks like a former brewery. Fairly crowded on our visit, with lots of Germans awaiting the football World Cup semi final between Germany and Brazil (and what a game it was!). Service was quite efficient. Food was quite good (German style) and beer selection consists of two taps (one unfiltered and one filtered), a bit unclear if they were brewed on the premises or not. Quite ok, worth a visit for the two ticks and some decent food.

Here’s how not to do it. They took a big old industrial brewery and turned it into a cheesy tourist district. I’ve seen this done to varying degrees of success around the world and this one was definitely terrible. The place itself was a large soulless bar, full of American tourists, and I felt embarrassed to have actually set foot in the place. Two beers, neither very good, and a quick exit.
Situated in what appears to be a restaurant district. Unfortunately all the other places where closed at both my visits. Located in an old brewery with old machinery still on the floor. The brewery makes fairly unremarkable beer. Rather empty on my visits which makes the large dining area just seem too big.
