If you have trouble finding that place, blame the stupid sign and street system in Riga. Once you found it, you will be amazed how easy that actually is. Clean and spacious place. For me this is the first beershop ever to visit, which sells beer on tap. Bottled beer selection is nice, but not really overwhelming. Lots of good stuff, but little surprises. Definitely worth to visit if you are in Riga.

Top place in LV to find good craft beer from the world around. So far.No local brews - what is nice. Price politics is very friendly.

Hard place to find. Don’t trust the map location. It’s nowhere near merlin. It’s very close to the crossroads of dzinavu and k. Baroda iela. Full of locals. Quiet during the day but heaving at night where it’s more of a bar. Excellent beer choice. Good prices They have wife now.

Very well-stocked sister bar/bottle shop of the S.Brevinga bar/restaurant/bottle shop in Old Town. No food served here but selection is bigger: 5 taps and 200+ bottles, including the latest Mikkellers, De Molens and De Ranke. Also big Belgian selection. Small but eclectic selection of US beers seldom seen in Europe, e.g. The Bruery, Victory. Owner is often manning the bar/shop and he is very service-minded and always happy to chat. Few seats but nice ambience in open-air shopping mall set in old alleyways (Berga Bazars).

A cute, warm tiny shop/bar hidden in a modern shopping mall. Interesting beers from Belgium and UK. Some taps change regularly. Fuller’s London Porter and De Ranke de Dottignies stand out. Nice people behind the bar and locals in the room. Good music too. Unbeatable Prices. Highly recommended!

The sister shop to the bar and shop located in old Riga. This shop also has some tables where people can sit and drink the beers on sale, as well as some draught beer. Just like the other shop/bar, the selection is very good, the prices are competitive and the service seems to be friendly. Recommended.

Pleasant but slightly sterile cafe-style interior. Tables down one side, shelves of beer down the other. So not a bad view at all. Terrace has the mid-day sun and no shelter from it, so unsuitable for sun-avoiders. Very friendly staff, had a long chat with the proprietor, and he flung me his laptop a few times when we wanted access to the internet. 120 different beers, good selection of big-name Belgians, for example, many were Huyghe or Steenberge. However, the de Ranke selection was a big win. Simply couldn’t resist buying a CdR for 5.30e - and they’d just had XX bitter on tap too! I guess 15 ticks for me there, and a continually rotating stock, it seems, so well worth a visit every time you’re in town. A world-class beer venue. And thanks for the glass as a present for reaching 5000 ratings!
