18 A British style and apparently Scottish owned pub. Five tap beers were advertised but only two were available. Tried the stout and it was ok. The food was awful - I had the burrito which was dry & VERY salty, almost inedible in fact. My partner's chicken dish wasn't much better. Staff appeared bored and disinterested. Prices ok.

32 Run into this place coincidentally as into my first brewery of the vibrant Quito brewing scene (or so says the Lonely, eh?) and it was a gross disappointment. Despite large inscription on the wall MICROBREWERY, they seem to long time ago giving up brewing and offer a selection of Camino del Sol brewery, all very average. Despite the try to mimic a british pub, the staff struggled with English. Not a brewery anymore and not a place to waste time in while much better choices wait around few corners. |
58 A nice quaint British pub in the Mariscal district, near Foch Square and the Marriott. Nice pub decor, wooden bar and panels, Brit paraphernalia but beer is rather boring and mundane, only the stout stood out, slightly. Pub food at good prices, but nothing Ecuadorian. Around 3.70$US a pint. |
70 It is a nice pub where you can have great food, listen some classic rock and enjoy one of the only 3 styles of beer that they have, pale ale, Scottish, porter. They taste fine, but nothing remarkable. |
90 Is you want a good beer in Quito, Ecuador this is the place to be..
Of course this Brew Pub don’t have the best craft beer in the world, but i was surprised to find such a great selection of craft beers with really good round flavors. I heard that the owner is a German brew master lady. This is a brithish pub in South America by the way. Try it! |
36 Meh kind of place. Out of three own brews only one - stout - was available. Beyond this, very few brands available with Guinness (IIRC) the highlight. My wife asked for a Corona. They were out of that (!) so she had to settle for a Heineken. If you get bored with Pilsener and Club it could be worth a visit, I suppose. |
