Visited on 12th October 2017. Large, dark single roomed venue with a focus on food and good beer. When we hit it was pretty quiet, a solid taplist with lots of interesting beer on tap, plenty of good local stuff and a fair amount of exotic stuff from around the US. Food was pretty good and good value, service and prices were also good. Really liked this place, nice place to relax, chill and have a beer or two. Recommended.

Attended a Bruery event here during CBC. Solid beer list. I ate but honestly, was paying attention to the beer almost exclusively.

Love this place, very dark inside but calm, seemingly very spacious/open, reminds me a little of certain Viennese cafés. Great service, tucked just off the tourist trail, cute strip seating outside. Prices fair with some a little high and some nicely cheaper, selection unusual compared to other places in the city, a lot of good regional stuff (Bullfrog, Pizza Boy, NCBC, lots more from across PA) without heavy over-representation, but lacking some upper-elite stuff (although I haven’t seen the bottled offerings); had some nice choices from elsewhere (Sprecher, Destihl, Heretic, with some HIll Farmstead coming). Even have a handpump. For beer drinking, my favorite in the South Street / Queen Village area.

Nice location and hidden off the beaten path of South Street with sidewalk seating and a nice new bar top and TV’s .... limited food menu with some burgers and some apps (Burger was ok) .... taplist was very diverse and not your usual suspects so for rarities I have to give it to them they definitely didn’t disappoint .... bottle list was just the same diverse and had some nice rarities (cantillon, drie fonteinen) ... nice clean atmosphere ..... bar staff was prompt, but not up to snuff on the brews .... overall I’d def come here again for the tap list and bottles served ... prices were on par with different prices for small or large serving sizes

Dropped by here a few times. Always a few interesting things on draft. You can probably expect some Bullfrogs as well which is always nice. Nice bottle menu, friendly service. Would go back.

Quaint corner bar with excellent tap and bottle selection. Just a few blocks off of South street and worth the diversion.

Stopped in here for their 1st Anniversary party, my first time visiting here.

Atmosphere was really nice. It has a nice modern feel, feels bigger than it actually is. I would love to stop in during the warmer months when all of the windows are open, I bet it is really nice. Service was pretty good. Had to wait a little bit for some pours and they messed up my check a couple times but it all got worked out easily in the end. Food was pretty good. I knew I had other lunch plans so I just got an order of the chicken tenders. They were solid but the breading kept coming off in huge chunks, still tasted really good tho. Quality was quite good. Correct glasses and top notch food. Selection was great because of the event but I have seen some great beers pass through here in the past as well. Food prices were pretty high across the board, even more than the menu on the website. Beer was similarly high, $9-10 for the special beers and just as high for stuff I had barely ever heard of. I would say maybe three or four of the twenty or so drafts were reasonably priced.

Overall another great beer bar in the heart of the city. I am sure I will return in the future.

Great Beer location just off South Street. Great Tap list and huge Bottle list of some amazing stuff. Worth going out of your way to hit this place.

I’ve only been here for events but the tap lists they have for the events have been really solid. Bottle and can selection also looked very good. Bartenders were friendly enough but on my last visit there was a miserable waitress yelling at everyone in her way (which was everyone because she was enormous). Food looked decent but I still haven’t sampled. Will definitely be back

Found this place by acciident and very glad I did. Cool atmosphere with a very friendly and knowledgable staff. Taps are always rotating with a lot of interesting and varying styles. They also have a nice bottle selection. The food was very good and fresh. Will definitly be back.
