86 Large liquor store with a huge selection of craft and international beers. Most of the craft ones are IPA’s but you can also find a small selection of Imperial Stouts.
You can buy 4/6-packs beers or split them for a small price increase. |
58 Fairly good selection. I was specifically
After ct brewers. Weak in new england brewery releases but tge store elder responded to me with single bottles. Friendly cashiers. |
74 Best place I went to in Stamford for bottles. Average selection as compared to stores in other areas. Good for Stamford. They let you mix your own six packs which was the best feature. Okay. |
72 Liquor warehouse with metal shelving and coolers in the back left. Has a definite warehouse feel with workers shelving product, but was asked on several occasions if I needed any help. Selection was good with many relative rarities for someone from out-of-state. Unfortunately, many of the bottles were somewhat aged. Prices seemed fair for the area and I would definitely come back for a return visit when in the area. |
76 real big warehouse store with a good beer selection. I liked the layout of the store better before they moved across the street. I can always find something interesting here and they stock all the mixed 12 packs from new england brewers. They will let you take singles from six packs but there is a fee for this. Prices are generally competitive and this is a good place for party stocking. staff is always friendly and asks if they can help find things. |
78 Big warehouse liquor stores are uncommon in the NYC metro area. Bevmax is HUGE; I’ve only seen bigger stores in New Hampshire where they have state run liquor stores. Not only is their beer selection some of the best in Fairfield county, but their liquor and wine selection is enormous. Fair prices. |
