Visited January 2014. Modern decor, but pleasant enough. Right next to the brewery out in the countryside. The radio was rather loud and intrusive. There are hop poles next to the car park. We tried the Bush de Garde on draught, which the waiter explained was unfiltered Ambree, and the Bush de Noel, also on draught. Both good. You can buy their beers to take away.

Second visit recently and recommended. Food is excellent as is the service.Full range of Dubuisson beers. This time we had the de Nuits at 13% (excellent) followed by a shared tasting board of four beers. On both visits this year, on a Friday and a Sunday has been packed with, as far as I could see, locals.

A modern cafe serving good food and their own beers. You can also buy the Bush beers and glassware here. The service was quick and friendly. A good stop for food and drink when you are around.

Updated after two other visits, late 2011, early 2012. Not a bad place, but the last two times, I feel the service has gone down. One time though we sat at a table with the owner who shared a bottle of Bush Prestige with us, nice experience. Other than that the beers almost never change with even their seasonal ltd beers being out of stock. Went there with an American friend, none of the staff could even muster a few words in English. Food is ok for what it is. All in all, a great reason to go there is for the Bush de Nuit and Bush Prestige that are dirt cheap, and maybe for the quiet surroundings. ++++++++++++ Visited with Kiefdog during his Belgian vacations. Nicely located as a tasting room, restaurant next to the brewery. We ordered the infernal tower of 7, 12.5cl samples of Bush beers and their microbrews. The whole setting was nice, outside terrace, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice light or main menu with Bush beer dishes, Bush cocktails, etc. Plenty of goodies to get from the store at very reasonable price, 9€ tshirt, and 15€ bottle of Prestige. We arrived around 9.45pm, the place closed around 11pm, only wish we had had a little extra time, but a very nice visit.

Set up for the tourist, but done well. Makes up for the average food with brilliant beer. Chatted with the manager, who bought us a beer and also gave us a couple of glasses to go with the bottle of Prestige we bought.

Visited on a saturday afternoon. The place was quite crowded, but got a table right away. Had some food which was ok but not that special. The beers available were limited to Dubuissons’, and their two microbreweries’ beers. That was no problem for us, since the brewery is what we came here after. After dining we went to a tour (hosted by the only English-speaking guy around) in the Dubuisson brewery, which was very interesting. This mid-sized brewery is one of the oldest in Belgium, and is still owned by the same family. After the tour, we got to taste Cuvee des Trolls, Bush blonde and Bush 12, which were all very nice beers. We also bought a bottle of the brewery’s special brew, the 13% ABV Bush Prestige (15,90 eur/0,75l). In fact, after a few lucky incidents, we also got to talk to the owner, Mr. Dubuisson and his wife, who were dining in the table next to us, and got another Prestige bottle as a gift!:) Definitely an unforgettable visit, and highly recommended!
