A very strange place, with several rooms of an ordinary dwelling converted into what is both a pub and a restaurant, but it’s all very ’commune’ in design and feel. It still very much feels like a house. There’s only a couple of Czech lagers available and the odds are you’ve come across them many times before, but if the weather is good sit in the extensive back garden area for a relaxing sup.

Funny place this - who knows it’s real name but tends to get called the Czech Pub. Old house, several rooms, some pub-like, some more restaurant. Big garden outside in summer. Long menu of Czezh food, cheap and filling. Only two draught beers, Pilsener Urquell and Budvar, but they are super fresh. Random selection of Central European bottles. Awesome place, but if you don’t like Czech pils it won’t be for you...
