Die Weisse - Salzburger Weissbierbrauerei

Large multi-roomed brewpub with a large beer garden. Nice bustling ambiance on a weekday evening. The beers were not extraordinary but decent enough, a few styles available. The food was excellent. We visited twice in 3 days.

pleasant brewpub a bit outside the touristy areas of Salzburg. Seriously understaffed when I visited - only one (friendly) lady was tapping beer, taking orders, serving beer, bringing bills, clearing tables - so had to wait quite a while to order. After emptying a glass of beer, one has to actively try one's luck to approach the waitress to order another one. However, food was decent - tried the daily specials which were really tasty and came in good portions. Would be much nicer if they had more staff, the poor waitress really had a lot to do....

My first experience with a real beer garden. Rather lively even for a weeknight late in the evening. Food was good, service was quick and attentive, and beer was decent. While it was my only beer stop in the city, it seems to be the best. Next door to my hotel so very much worth it.

very good brewpub. they have some solid weiss beers and good local cuisine. worth stopping by if in Salzburg.

Pricey even off the tourist trail. Hefeweiss ok but dunkelweiss tasted thin and metallic.

The place is really good. However beers are not something special. Still would be very much worth of your visit.

Close to our hotel, the beer wasn’t great, the place was super busy. The Weizen was passable, the bock was a Maibock and under attenuated and the Christmas bock was only slightly better. If coming to this establishment stick to the wiezen

Large rambling place with several bars/taps. Outside seating. Their house beers were solid, but not exceptional. Also have Trumer Pils on tap. Was there in late afternoon during the week. Was pretty quiet and the neighborhood was quiet too. I’d go back again.
