Most times, this pub is crowded. They’ve picked up craft beers last year, and have since become one of the best stocked pubs for good beer. Rotating craft beers on tap, a few bottles. Value is alright. There’s also an option to get flights. Service is usually fast and friendly, but also a bit stressed when it’s crowded. Don’t expect long beer talks. Food is good. The only place in Graz to offer a variety of craft beers on tap. Just because of that, it’s worth the visit.

The visit to this Irish pub in the centre of Graz wasn’t planned. But there was needed wifi and cold beer available so we spent some time there. Quite ordinary Irish pub with limited beer selection but the service was nice. The place was also quite popular.

We wouldn’t normally visit Irish pubs, but this place was close to our hotel. We were pleasantly suprised. Located down an alleyway. There was a lage outside area full of people watching the football so we went inside. The bar tenders were of all nationalities, English, Irish, Greek & Austrian were the ones working that night. There was the choice of 6 draught beers and a decent enough selection of bottled beers.

In the center of Graz. One of the best pubs in the city, and one of the few that stay open long. Very nice atmosphere, often there is live music, a lot of tables also outside in summer, 7/8 taps, Guinness of course, but also 1 tap of Strongbow cider and other 3/4 ciders in bottle and beers too. Food is also good, especially they do a very good hamburger, but also some bigger dishes. Too many smokers, but that’s Austria.
