It is a private beer shop in the suburb of Timisoara. The owner is a german brewer who married a roman/hungarian girl and stayed in Timisoara. The beer is only german beer but there are the most excellence beers (4 types of aventinus and so on). Check it! Prices are 3.70 lei to 7.20.
