Visited it when other pubs closed - which is usual for Nice. This one is open till 5 and gets pretty full after 2. The advantage was Delirium Tremens from the tap (Red too, but it’s sweet as hell, still good for a Kriek though). Overall a good place, but I will stick to beers from the shops and Irish pubs in Nice.

ManVsBeer  (3524) Hebden Bridge, England | September 30, 2014
Open from early evening to the early hours of the morning, I came here hoping it would be the best place to find and watch the England EURO 2016 qualification, but the best they could do was one involving Italy. Apart from one other Brit who came in to enquire about England I was the only person in here at 9pm, albeit on a Monday night - so I can’t really say too much about it’s clientele. It’s a very small square room in the narrow passages on the Old Town in Nice, but on one of the main tourist drags so you should be able to find it eventually. The small wooden tables are outnumbered by the small chairs that surround them an pack the floor leaving very little standing room space with the bar on the right as you enter. The back wall includes a large screen for sport and a smaller monitor in one corner. Has a pseudo Irish bar feel to it. There’s a number of taps, and although the selection is not that exciting it has a couple of interesting beers for the visitor to France.

Visited on a Saturday evening in March 2014. Located in the old town. They had four beers on tap, I ordered a glas of Delirium Red. (the beer cost 4 EUR)The place is small, the staff spoke English. An ok place to visit but nothing special.

Probably the pub with the best beer selection in Vieux Nice (old town). Not really impressive selection in international standard, but decent enough in this part of France and at least in Nice. On tap you might find beers like Pelforth Brune and some Belgium stuff like Delirium Tremens and Grimbergen Blonde, but the biggest surprise was to find a couple of Geuzes and Kriek in the fridge. Pricing is rather fair and staff is OK. Live music and sometimes rather crowdie. Quite different than most of the pubs in the area, more like a British pub I suppose.
