Visited after lunch on Monday 01/02/16. Smart taproom with plenty of space ... not many other folks there mind other than our group of ticking bros. 10 beers on tap across the usual brewpub range of styles. Beers on the whole weren’t bad here ... no stinkers and an OK average rate score of 3.13 for me. Service was prompt and friendly and tasting flights on offer to cover the whole range of beer. Not a go to destination but worth stopping by if in the surrounding area.

A fairly average brewery. Their beer range is alright, nothing offensive but nothing outstanding (mostly low 3s for me). Friendly service. Reasonably priced flights. Pretty nice ambiance, with plenty of seating, lots of light. Not a must-visit per se, but this place is, somewhat sadly, miles better than some of the other breweries in its vicinity, so it’s not a bad option.

Med-sized brewpub in an industrial park. Beers are very average brewpub beers, no standouts. Worth stopping by if you’re out in this neck of the woods ticking, but don’t make a special trip.

Bland appearance, bland beer. The open plan bar provides a few picnic table style seats and little else. There were about 8 beers on tap. The quality was decent, but there were no real standouts. Prices were thankfully reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend this place highly, but considering the general lack of quality in the area outside of the big players like Russian River and Lagunitas, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

Two buildings in an industrial area south of Napa (the town), the brewery is big and open for tours only and the brewpub is also a good size and right across the lawn. They’re new-seeming, but sterile. The bar area itself certainly has a lot of flare, but the room is basic. Flights come served in really slim tasters, which I don’t like. They go down too fast and you can’t pull many notes from them, as if they weren’t all relatively same-seeming already. There was only one bartender, and she was good. Bottles and six-packs are available to go. Beer is forgettable but not bad. Beer options in Napa are limited so it’s worth a visit for something new to do and see and taste but it’s nothing special.

Cheap flight, decent enough beer without any real standouts though. Quirky location which takes a while to get to. Sterile and boring interior. Quick and nice enough bar staff. Worth stopping by for cheap ticks that aren’t absolutely revolting.

In a weird commercial strip, this very airy and bright bar has a very local feel. Lots of beers to try for a reasonable price and most were average. Service was bar service and pretty basic. I wouldn’t make a specific stop unless you want the ticks.

Pretty massive location, which I was not expecting. A little weird to get to. Even though you can see it right off the highway, you have to sort of loop around and go through the business park area all the way to the end. The tasting room is the smaller, one story building. All around, a nice place to drink a beer, though.

Good sized bar and a very spacious tasting area. Some table/bar games and even a little kids play area--please don’t bring your kids. Service was a little gruff, but I guess only having one person to do everything can make you a bit grumpy.

Beers are pretty much mediocre, but there are a lot of them. A flight of 10 is pretty cheap, too--$10. A couple of the beers were enjoyable, though. Just overall not that great.

Best of the two breweries in town and worth a visit at least.

Friendly service and decent beers but the taproom/bar layout with the big open floor space without any tables ruins the ambiance for me.

Ten different beers on tap, and if you sit at the bar, everyting looks quite nice. But the room seems to be twice as big as necessary, half of it is just a big empty floor, and that sort of ruins the ambience. Friendly service and some nice beers too, some of them rather dull though, but none bad. Got bottles to go as well.
