So why is this even on this site? It’s a really cool building on a street full of historic stuff but the beer selection here is junk. Blue Moon, Yeungling, Boddington’s, Guinness... Here is what’s on their website currently:

Bell’s Seasonal
Blue Moon
Flying Dog Seas
Flying Fish Seas
Great Lakes
Lindeman’s Framboise
Newcastle Brown
PBC Kenzinger
Stella Artois
Yards IPA
Yuengling Lager

Can’t post a video in a rating but if I could it would be Dirty Harry saying "Yeeaahhh".

"How many hipsters does it take to screw in a lightbulb? The number is really obscure and you’ve probably never heard of it anyway." Stopped in this place last weekend after visiting Beneluxx Tasting Room (go there first). In short, the place was extremely crowded, sweaty, and impossible to hold conversation. The beer selection is average, but it took 30 minutes to get a drink. The only redeeming quality of NM is its old courthouse/library look from outside - which is as far as any beer nerd needs to go. Hit up Beneluxx across the street instead.

Went here directly after the Beneluxx tasting room (across the street). Awesome building, very regal old court house look. Inside was hipsters galore. Bar was packed, elbow to elbow, with apathetic scensters decorated with similar tattoos, bad haircuts and retro clothing. They unknowingly were cluttering the bar making it impossible to get one of bartenders attention. Beer had ok selection, but nothing rare besides maybe a regional lager. No beer hunter should go here if you’re planning to taste in Philly. Music was too loud. Bartenders were outnumbered 60 to 1. Prices were decent and they had some beer specials. Wait. Why is this on here?

This place is located in a pretty amazing looking building. Went in on a Saturday and while the place was full we were still able to grab a seat at the bar. Decent beer selection - best options to me were the Ballast Point and Troegs. Definitely not a beer destination but you could be comfortable hanging out this place with some non-beer snobs and have a selection of brews that works for everyone.

Located in old city in an historic building. Nice atmosphere inside with an old city feel. My girlfriend and I went here for a drink and food on a friday night. No waiting list for a table and it was busy. So it was bar rules in finding a table every man/woman for themselves. There was only one server working the whole seating area that night so naturally the service was not good. To her credit though, she was doing her best and she looked completely over worked. I had the highly advertised veggie burger, and you know, it was damn good. It was one of the best I have had and that is saying a lot being veggie for almost eight years. The beer selection was above average. However, they lost beer points for having miller light and blue moon on tap, I guess to appease the tourists.
