They had made their first own beer, a spicy one, however, it was not good enough to be served for guests, as I was informed when I visited the place. For the moment their beer menu consisted of four kinds of bottled beers from Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri, a Christmas offer on bottle from Jacobsen and Dahls Pils on tap. In one section of the place they sell local made cheese, jam and cured meats to take away, but no local beers yet. The place appears like a combination of a restaurant and an inn with interior of wood and brick. Food and service were okay. Ørens Meieri is located on the opposite side of the railway station in the same building as a Chinese restaurant. For the time being this newly established place is not a beer destination, but should be kept on the radar. Opening times and further information can be found on their facebook site (visited 19.11.2013).
