Visited August 2022. Big restaurant with brewery, spa and hotel located outside of Plzen, reachable by car only since it is in the middle of nowhere. I had a nice lunch there (Svícková - rosted pork with Bohemian dumplings, cream sauce, cranberry jam and cream) and their svetly lezak and tmavy, which were pretty nice as expected. Many locals, a crowded place even on a wednesday. Nice beergarden outside, didn't go inside. Prices are a bit higher. Service very good. Highly recommended if you have a car.

Had a great lunch there and tried the taps available as wifey luckily drove. Great ambience. Great service. Great beer - especially thebtraditional tmavy, svetle and polotmavy. Experimental brews so so imho.

Visited with my wife as the first stop in Pilsen. This is a spa/hotel that also has a brewery. When visiting, you can park in their parking lot that is behind a secured gate. They will validate your parking inside if you make a purchase, otherwise it is 400 CK. There was a bit of confuision on my part about when they actually opened. Their facebook page did not agree with reality, unfortunately. Once they were actually open, they became busy pretty quickly. We were some of the first guests, but within about 15 minutes the place was about 50-75% full. They do offer beer flights, and they were pretty reasonable. Something like 150 CK. for six beers. Service was good, but I think they were disappointed I didn't order more than the flight. Overall I had a good experience once they let me in. Would recommend, and would have liked to stayed at their hotel.

Nice local hotel, which also foreign tourists appreciate. Recommended by Gunnar btw. Traditional food, some premium dishes. 8 taps. And I found 8 bottles at the store/reception-hall. 4-5 times czk compared to macros in supermarkets, but hello, it’s craft beers we’re talking about.

Stayed over and took a beer bath - well it’s a soak in diluted coarse-filtered hopped wort really - though that is bizarre enough. Good quality, cheap-ish rooms with lots of space, nice courtyard - the Dvůr bit - and a suitably coppered and crocked hostinec with all the beers and a couple more.

Staying at the hotel with two small kids, and I can’t complain. Decent rooms, there is a trampoline out there, and the bowling was good fun. Until a large group of students came in and had all three lanes reserved, which doesn’t seem fair somehow. Surprisingly good food in the pub, with the Tmavy Lezak being the best of the beers I had. I’d say that one is well worth the detour, even if you happen to be in town for another brewery.
