First proper review since lockdown ... bollocks to your number scoring shite. Saturday 25/03/23 lunchtime ... didn't realise it was evening only on the weekend ... loved Bologna but there's a few third world aspects to it, namely the airport and getting a taxi to town and largely internet strength ... could get nothing better than 'E' and therefore couldn't check the hours. Running with a partial review and giving fair scores for ambiance, service and overall ... however for the number one venue in Bologna was shite having seen the beer board. 11 beers ... 2 Ayinger, 3 boring English including St Peters ... St Peters FFS !!! 3 easy to get Belgians with 3 to 500 rates and JUST 3 ITA beers of which I'd had one. That's just not good enough for a number one bar for me. Worst selection in the 6 venues I visited during my stay! Clearly gone downhill post lockdown selection wise as many venues have, so worth a partial review ... simply wouldn't bother heading out here.

Restaurant mit spitzen Craftbeer Auswahl.12 Taps, italienische und internationale Biere. Bei mir gabs ein Cantillon vom Fass. Die Pizzas sind hervorragend. Früh hin gehen oder vorbestellen. Wird voll! Ist garnicht so abseits. Vom Bahnhof ca 20 Min zu Fuss. Hin gehen!

The service was very friendly, the pizza was a good, and the beers were very good. Highly recommended.

Bar a good way out of the centre, but if you’re on foot you’ll pass Lortica halfway. There was a bit of confusion regarding a table we booked online, but it was sorted ok. Good job too, because on a busy Saturday a lot of walk in punters were getting turned away. Great overall selection of beer on tap and handpump. Impressive line up of bottles. I had a 2012 LPK that wasn’t too wallet busting. Food is good. Missus said her pizza was the best she’d had. Young server behind the bar was super friendly and knowledgeable. Loves a bit of Monty Python and was very keen to chat all about it! All in all a great stop. Oh, and the Cadel Brado Peche on tap here is stunning.

Good place, fantastic pizzas and the most important thing great beer. They have Good Italian beer on taps and we tasted also bottles advised by the waiter. I'd highly recommend it.

I haven't traveled a lot around Italy, still have to say, it's the best beer place in this country so far. Friendy, more like restaurant, than beer pub - it's italian way I guess - atmosphere and greeting. Took my place by the bar - it was also one of these only few places I ran into, where guys are really keeping up with you. Ate one of theirs awesome Margarita, consumed a few local sour - damn high quality - chatted a lil bit with guys working behind the counter. The place got quite busy around 21:00. Guys were happy to have Schlenkerla Urbock from wooden cask. It's one of my all time favourites, but had to say no - came to Italy not for german stuff. Still, just shows and tells you a lil bit about this place - they had damn urbock, from wooden cask. It's a rare stuff anywhere you go. Damn rare stuff. Pizza, 3 small glasses of local sours (which were quite firm and strong), glass of gose from Leipzig and few samplers (for free) cost me around 23 EUR, which in my opinion - regarding the whole experience and how beer is usually priced in Italy - is a bargain. Totally recommended.

Visited with Travlr. Pretty large place with patio outside and a long bar in the main room. Ten taps were on, mostly Italian, two German and Cantillon Gueuze. Very good choice of bottles, particularly lambics. As Gene mentioned too bad they don't have a bottle menu. Service was excellent, they seemed to know their beers, very friendly and genuinely interested in beer. Food was quite good, had an interesting pizza. Although bit outside of city center this place is well worth visiting and I'd be happy to come back.
