62 Corner house pub in a traditional English style just north of Cambridge Heath Station before the road crosses the canal. It’s an open plan set-up with a welcoming environment and a very regular set of wooden chairs and tables and long benches to sit on. There’s four ale pumps on the central bar and a couple of other interesting brews in keg form. |
74 This is a nice pub. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a great landlord who is committed to offering decent and well conditioned beers.
There are always four or five real ales on offer, as well as a very decent draught Guinness.
A good place to watch football as well; a genuine well run house which harks back to older traditions. |
