A large Nicholsonís pub near the lovely Hayís Galleria and HMS Belfast. There are some tables on a level with the riverside walkway but the main bar is lower down and thereís also a mezzanine level dining room and a cellar bar. Itís an OK place but not my favourite Nicholsonís. The beer selection is just passable - perhaps to be expected in a touristy area like this - but they did have a beer from the elusive Eddie Gadd (Al Murrayís Beautiful British Beer, also perhaps to appeal to the tourists). Unfortunately the beers we had were flat and not in peak condition. The service was rather poor too. If Iím the only person waiting to be served at the bar, I donít expect the barmaid to grudgingly acknowledge my presence and then have me shout my order over to where sheís rooted to the floor next to the till. Especially as she had to come over to where I was standing to pour the beers anyway. Grrr.

This is a big, touristy, and crowded pub with lots of noise. The service was slow but serviceminded. There is a wide selection of beers, but many are bland and a couple were in poor condition. I got my Jersey tick here, and thatís the best there is to say about this place.
Big pub on the southside of Themsen and just a short walk from Tower Brigde. Great lacotion and spacy and nice inside. Rather board selection of cask, sadly some of them in a bad condition. 2 out of 4 beers i had, had a earthy/mold note to them. Didnt eat, but options looked good. Prices where cheap for the location, but ill rather pay and have good beer.
Spacious pub near the Thames. Visited during the Wimbledon final 2013 and the beginning of the beerfestival of the nicholson pubs, so it was very crowdy. Good service, though, with friendly staff and great choice of ales and the more standard beers.
Visited several times, a perfect pitstop when touristing it in London, along the Themse, very easy to get to placed close to London Bridge. Very spacy place, friendly staff and often a great variaty of beers on tap, most time in good condition. They do food as well as bar snacks ( the traditionel Nicholson menu ). This pub can at times be a bit busy and crowded, but most times clean and tidy. For sure worth a visit if you are in the ares.
