Total Wine & More - Scottsdale

Finally, I’ve found a good purveyor of beer in the Valley. I like the Total Wine franchise, but will typically opt for more locally owned businesses if given the opportunity. Unfortunately upon my recent return to the Phoenix area, I’ve not been able to find a very good place to source unusual beers, or single offerings. This place was my first adventure. Huge bottle selection of imports and US crafts, with a solid selection of 6 packs and a respectable lineup of singles to mix. They even have a growler station with 8 taps. I’ll be back. Oh, and our favorite wine was super, super cheap here. Win.

Pretty nice selection. Love all the singles. Prices are goos. Organization is fair but could be better.. Always walk out of there with something.

William, the beer manager, is very knowledgeable and teaches a beer class every month that is well worth the $15 price of admission.

Large warehouse style liquor store. Very good beer selection including American craft and foreign brews. Six packs, singles and growlers available. Visiting from Atlanta, so enjoyed being able to come in a pick up a few singles from brewers with no distribution in Georgia. Service was non existent on the floor, checkout was courteous and efficient.

Hands down my favorite place to buy beer. One of the largest selections of beer in Arizona, if not THE largest. They have regular $1 off beer coupons if you sign up for their newsletter. Combined with the fact that they already have low prices means they are almost always the cheapest place to buy ANY beer. They now have a nice chalkboard near the seasonal beer section that shows what limited supply beers they have locked up in the back, no more having to ask. My only complaint is I wish they had a larger chilled selection. I don’t really like the idea of a good beer sitting on a shelf for who knows how long at room temp.

This is a great Total Wine & More. They have an incredible selection, the beer manager is great, and they are always ready to help. They also have a great single bottles selection, and they have a classroom where they teach monthly beer classes. This is my favorite liquor store in the Valley.

Very impressive selection of west coast beers. Nice selection of imports also. Singles are grouped by style. Staff tries to help. Found some new countries. Of the four stores I visited during my visit, this would be my choice for a go to location.

I visit this TW when I go up to Scottsdale for a haircut. They stock everything by type versus brewery, at least for the singles. The seasonal and limited sections usually have some stuff available after others.

Most impressive alcohol outfit I’ve ever seen - spent easily and hour wondering around and spent way too much on way too much. Awesome place
