Trinity Irish Pub

The kind of bar that’s probably in every college town in America. There’s a characterless ground floor and a huge upstairs dance area. The clientele and staff seemed to be exclusively UVA students. The selection’s pretty weak - macro stuff alongside 2 beers from Goose Island and Starr Hill. Mostly everyone was drinking harder stuff with mixers. If this place wasn’t already in the database, I probably wouldn’t have added it. No food as far as I could see. Drinks were fairly priced. Overall, not a place of interest for visiting beer geeks.

Not a place for your hard core beer geek looking for a million taps of pale ale. A college bar with the noise and atmosphere you would expect from such a crowd. Decent service, a few local beers alongside the industrial brews like Stella and Guinness. Actually an enjoyable place to drink.
