A good viewpoint right next to the cruise ships but they have zero local beers. Run by Indians and currently serving Indian food. No sign of this mysterious local 501 lager. Not worth your time really if you're a beer hunter, but there are a few liquor stores in this tourist mecca that might reveal some odd finds.

Second building on right from the ship, second floor on the left. Open air bar, saloon style doors at the entrance, several tables and lots of chairs, a medium size bar on the opposite side of the entrance, with big screen TVs. They did not seem to have 501 lager, so I moved along. The place was not busy (two locals at the bar) and the lady working seemed bored.

Aromas of curry and sun tan lotion permeate the air. The "bar" was full or tourist who were mostly just there for the internet. They stock most of the local beers along with Guiness (vomit) and Sam Adams. Trying to make the best of a bad situation, I stepped up and ordered a Sammy, to find out it was over a year past the best before date. Oh well, maybe the Carib will be fresh..

This place is situated directly on the port by several duty free shops. Located above a store, this is a sports bar with a couple taps of Carib and lagers from about 20 or so countries. I ordered a Presidente, only to be given a Presidente Light. I didn’t really have time or feel like arguing with the bartender, so I stuck it out. After getting the bill, I wished I would have made more of an issue over getting the wrong beer. $6 for a light lager and 8 for a mixed drink is fairly outrageous. If you have more money than you would like to have, this is the place for you.
