A bit from the city center but easy to reach by tram 7. Small Potion seating area as you enter. Down the few stairs nad you enter a pretty big basement bar in 2-3 rooms, airconditions wich was a gift on this sunny 35 degress afternoon we visited. 12 tap's with a mix of Czech micros, unetice, Matuska, Malesov etc. Good quality of the beers we had. Good service and prices pretty as we had come away from the center. A stage and i think there is live music sometimes. Well worth the short tour out here.

Taking tram 7 from Andel is perhaps the best way to reach this. Station Laurová is 50m from it, just backtrack a little and go uphill, can't miss it. There's a little patio outside (not covered really), and then you go downstairs to a pretty non-descript basement pub, but one with some 16 taps, from random Czech classics from small, hard to find breweries, through seasonals from some more common ones, to more daring stuff from, say Matuška. Surprisingly enough, despite it being Monday, there was a pretty good 70's hard rock band covering stuff like Deep Purple. A pretty cool surprise. Communicated in (quasi-)Czech only. The staff was pretty efficient, but damn... after ordering 2 beers from one brewery and then wanting to order 2 other from the same brewery, I got the same two as the first time, without a word, from one of my servers. Admittedly, music was going on, but I've repeated the correct names at least twice... And this "beer is beer" mentality isn't cool - even if 90% of people stick to it and just order the same thing all the time in a pub with a shit-ton of taps. The bartender did his job great, however and I got what I wanted with no issues from him - notifying me what was out too. The prices are great really, all around the board from what I've seen, with most of the beers sitting under 40kc for a big one (as low as 19kc for a small one), and more modern stuff being very fairly priced too. Food's available, didn't partake - the prices seemed pretty good too. In any case, this is a great place, and one I recommend warmly if anywhere nearby. It's the only relevant non-brewpub west of Andel I reckon and pretty important as such. There are rare beers to be found here and value is great. If you're visiting the brewpubs on the west side of the yellow line metro, just make a pit stop there as well.

Open: 3pm -midnight daily. Just a few tram stops from the metro station Andel, take tram 7 to Laurova, and you’ll find it up the hill about 100 meters on. K Vodojemu street, this bar which I must add was a bit of a surprise it’s not an architectural master of a Czech bar a fairly modern basement bar. Currently the pub with the third most draft beers, which reaches the magic number 19.   On our visits there have usually been two bar staff who were very welcoming and showed a good knowledge of what they were serving although English is not spoken. U Prince Miroslava serves a variety of Czech beers, from classics such Bernard, to more adventurous breweries such as Kocour and Matuska. As a member of Pivni Alliance, beer here has a guaranteed quality and freshness. U Prince Miroslava is a large pub, with two rooms, fitted with heavy wooden tables, and decorated with usual pub memorabilia. The menu is full of typical Czech dishes like schnitzel (rizek), fried cheese (smazeny syr), ribs (zebirka), and gulosh, all at decent prices. They also serve a lunch menu during the weekdays. Just in front of the pub is a small terrace which opens in nice weather. To sum up good beer, good food and plenty of other reasons to visit.

Lokal cafe in a basement in K Vodojemu 4, southern suburbs of Prague. Menu and everything in czech. Twenty (or 21) pipes with different czech beers, many of them microbrews. I decided to eat, while the heavy rock from the 80s went on. Cvikov Sklar for the throat and Veprova marinovana žebra for my hunger after crossing Santoška Park. Smoking outside under patio, due to new czech law.

Found in a sides treet, well signed and easy to find. Some tables outside and more inside. Messy overview of beer and not updated. Counted 20 tap lines, but most not in use. Had some nice cheese there and service was ok. Visited 05.10.2015 together with Bryne.

From Lužiny we went off at the Radlicka Metro station, Then tram 7 to Laurova, and you will see U Prince Miroslava. Gnoff has already described this place well. Friendly service and good Hermelin cheese. Some nice beers on tap as well. But, the beers are displayed rather confusing. The beer list on the tables are not updated and why not hang an empty glass or something on empty taps in the bar? The most accurate beer information is on a pillar just in front of you when you enter the basement. Music? Oh, yes! Here we are talking Extra Hard Rock Cafe! Can be a problem for those to soft for music like: I’m so fucking angry, and wants to blast your ears! (Visited October 5th 2015 with Nilsas)

Visited for lunch on Sunday May 24, 2015.Got there shortly after 12:00.
Metro to station Radlicka, then tram 7 for two stops to Laurova, and a very short walk uphill.
Down some steps into a basement, plenty of tables inside. Fair amount of taps on, a few of them were out this day though.
We enjoyed lunch and a few beers before moving on.
No English menu, but our server did speak decent English and translated the food menu for us.
Decent service, he mixed up the orders from time to time though, beers were in good condition.
Smoking allowed inside. A few seats outside as well.
