We visited mid-week and it was still rather crowded. Plenty of seating at the bar, communal long tables, and small tables. Plenty of their beers from the standards to seasonal and one-offs. The three I had ranged from good to damn’d fine. Large patio out front had a food truck offering up some tasty Mexican food. A real nice stop for a few.

Visited from out of town. Disappointed based on the highest overall rating in Albuquerque - this place would be in the low 70s in Seattle, Portland, Denver, etc. A couple beers were great but most we tried were just okay.

Stopped in on a Friday pm good crowd by 7 and sat near the bar, they had 12 beers in tap. Had a couple of flights and tried then all, range was good to great. They had 6 or 7 hop forward beers, that were good. IMO they had a good hefe, a really nice light lager, a very hoppy kellerbeir, a very good stout, a rye PA and my fav a bourbon barrel aged rye, great beer. The food truck had great nachos and all in all a great time.

This was our first stop after arriving in town. Pretty nice place, busy on a Tuesday evening, kind of in an industrial part of town. Large out door seating area. Inside darkish and a bit small, but most people were outside anyway. Service was outstanding, super friendly and helpful. Beers are fucken great. One of the better breweries in the country for overall consistently excellent quality across multiple styles. Flights available - six, I think. Per VastActiv's comment below, the three pints rule is state law for breweries/brewpubs; can't really blame them for following the law. Montana has the same thing. No food per se, but they have food trucks most every day. Tuesdays its My Sweet Basil, which was gourmet quality street tacos and the like. Slow slow sow, but holy hell was it good. I would follow that truck around if I lived threre.

Pretty easy to find in industrial section. Two other breweries in walking distance. Awkward parking, best to street park. Really good service, but tender didn’t know they were out of two out of six beers on our flight. Most of their beers are good to excellent. No food, but there is an awesome food truck every day, and a guy selling jerky when we were there. Cooler with cans and bottles to go. Will go back.

Visited in February 2017. Industrial neighbourhood and food truck was outside. Beers were excellent but hey had strange "3 pints" rule for each customer. Beers were great and Elevated IPA is excellent.

On a Wed evening the place is packed and loud. However I managed to find a seat by the bar. 12 beers on tap. Flight of any number of beers available. The service was a bit inattentive but the place was full and I wasn’t the most interesting guest. Pretty nice beers all the five I had.

Tried the Elevated IPA by mail back in early 2012 after it won best IPA at the GABF in 2011. Hadn’t had it since. So I was in Vegas with a free weekend (and don’t gamble...lol!) and ended up doing a 16 hour roundtrip to Albuquerque and back over a 2 day weekend. To my way of thinking it was worth the drive...although most would consider that excessive (got to see a few sights along the way like Meteor Crater). Well the place is great inside...and out on the patio too. There was a food truck when I visited...but otherwise no food...and great music playing. I thought the staff was really great...both service and personality...but it’s about the beer here...great beer in fact. There may not be a lot of craftbeer...great or otherwise in New Mexico...but La Cumbre holds its own against a lot of larger and more well known US craft breweries. If you can visit here...do so...if you can get their beer elsewhere (CO & AZ I think)...do so. La Cumbre is definitely a destination brewery...in a fun city with a few other good breweries to include on your tour (like Marble).

Quiet on A Sunday evening. Brews available more than make up for it. Nice small brewery feel, bar staff even recommending other local places and brews. Cozy, comfortable, stellar lineup.
