Packed, and I mean packed, into a small corner house is this Flagstaff gem. The selection is mostly AZ micros but there are also some regional picks too. Almost everything is available cold or shelf temp. They have a few taps and several meads available.
Impressive bottle and can selection, and props for selling singles (though they are marked up) but big knock for having old hoppy beer - enough so I didn’t trust anything but without a clear date. They had Centennial from almost 5 months ago, and a buddy got burned on old Betty.
Corner bottle shop across from NAU on one way street, parking sucks:( Loads of local brews with favorites like Bells, Founders, etc... With cigars also. I Like the mix sixers so you may try [email protected]% off also. Best bottle shop in Flag, look for.
Great little bottle shop near NAU...literally little but had some brews that I had a hard time acquiring in Phoenix. The cute girl behind the counter knew her stuff and made some great recommendations. Will definitely revisit when in Flag.
So small I was sceptical, but so surprised. First and foremost, all credit to the lady who does the ordering. She knew and drank a lot, made it much easier. Selection isn’t huge but is good with some rares behind the counter. Prices are average.
A small hut on a corner, the inside filled with beer and smoke related stuff. Very friendly service, even acted as a tourist guide for us, giving lots of recommendations to where to go in Arizona and LV. The beer selection is pretty nice, although you won’t find many white whales here, you’ll find lots of local beer and high quality Californians, as well as Bells, Dogfish Head and some imports. They sell singles as well, no need to carry out a sixer of a beer you’re not sure if you like. Overall, a pretty cool and fun place to visit, and the selection isn’t bad at all.
Great selection of beers. Harder to find stuff including 120 Minute from Dogfish Head and a few varieties from Bells. Staff was very knowledgable. Must stop by if you're in Flagstaff. Near Lumberyard, Beaver Street and Flagstaff breweries.
By standards in my ’home’ states of NC, SC and GA, only a modestly good selection of beers. But the beers are carefully chosen and decently priced. Mixed 6 packs available with most single beers available cold. Really excellent customer service from the remarkably knowledgeable young woman running this small shop.
Visited in february 2012. Very small place, almost the size of an old gas station. Everything is crammed in there though-lots of west coast brews. Prices seemed ok but i only bought a couple bottles. Can get crowed with like10 people inside. If your local, i would say go here but if your passing through town, dont bother, espeically if your heading to Phoenix. If your heading east/west on 40, then give it a stop because im sure there are no other beer stores in AZ along the route.
