![]() 64 I had lunch here and the food was very good. It’s a large place with kind of a sports bar feel. I did not try their beer because nothing they had really intrigued me. |
![]() 66 Absolutely beautiful place...décor...western theme...mural on the wall...light fixtures...sunken bar area...and more...corporate beer place done very nicely. The food is pretty decent for what is kind of maybe one click up from a sport bar. I love the chalkboard artwork for their beers. Having said all of that...the beers really aren’t that good. I tried a flight of most and a taste of the rest. A couple were good (as in not great)...like the High Desert Imperial Stout...but most of the rest were below average (as in nothing special). If you live near one of their locations...visit for the food and fun atmosphere...but don’t go out of your way to visit...especially for the beer. |
![]() 66 Only been once in the bar area but plenty of times in the dining area with family. Good amount of dining seating and a decent sized bar with three sides plus some outer seats. Fills up around happy hour and dinner rush. Only 5 of their house beers on tap with 2 staples and 3 rotating selections, I believe they have bottles of macros as well. House beers are average to good, occasionally a gem on tap. Food has always been top notch and the fish special is always a favorite of mine. No complaints with service, generally good and attentive. Come here with the food in mind and the beer mostly as a compliment. |
![]() 64 Located in a strip mall. Always very crowded. Food is decent, staff is slow, and the beers are ok especially with the sizable pours on the samplers. |
![]() 58 Sat at the bar at the brew pub. Fairly open restaurant with a central bar. Service was not attentive. They had 6 of their own beers on tap. I tried a coupe; both were decent. Kitchen had already closed, so I can’t weigh in on the food. Average. |
![]() 56 Large open restaurant with booths surrounding central bar ( like Houston’s). Beer selection is mix of house drafts and big box crap. Service is team approach, which can get annoying. Food is pretty good, though. If wait is longer than 15 minutes, go elsewhere. |
![]() 58 Everyone around me was drinking Miller Lite and Bud Lite, except for the guy next to me who ordered a Guinness - even though they had a dry Irish stout brewed on premises. Do people know what a brewpub is? Or do they just let TV commercials make all their decisions for them? Holy shit, America! Get a clue!!!
OK, now thats offmy chest, this place was similar to other SweetwTer locations, except they served their beer ice cold - I mean with actual bits of ice floating in it. Other than that, generic strip mall brewpub. |
![]() 72 A large, open brewpub in the DC Metro area with two sister pubs. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. The service is efficient though uneducated. There are typically 5 or 6 house beers available. Even if they look busy, stop by because they turn over tables very quickly. |
![]() 74 We went here while visiting a friend in the area. The place was absolutely packed on a Saturday night but apparently that’s a regular thing. The place is big; decent sized bar area, lots of TVs. Tried a few of the beers they had on tap, nothing spectacular or boundary stretchers, but they were all solid. The food was surprisingly excellent. More than just typical pub food and it was very well done. I was impressed with the service as well. No small brewpub vibe but a very fun place. |
![]() 68 Stopped in to try the beer. Food looked good, but I’d just eaten lunch. Good service at the bar - they try to make it friendly. Small amount of beer available, but of decent quality. Really liked the wit. Wouldn’t mind going back for a meal. |
