88 /100 AV. IMPERIO DE LOS INCAS 614 Good selection of beer and decent food menu with peruvian and beerpub options. |
78 /100 AV. IMPERIO DE LOS INCAS 614 Visited for lunch. Located right by the train station away from the other street with restaurants. The house beers here are traditional German and American styles. Food here is more creative. I had the seafood and rice which was delicious and their wheat beer. Service was attentive and helpful. All around a pretty good place. Would have been nice to spend more time here and try their other beers. |
78 /100 AV. PACHACUTEC S/N Visited in the evening for dinner. As JK mentioned in his review before mine, you need to go to the bottom of the hill with all the restaurants on it. One end of this street has hot springs at the top of the hill, the bottom has a great restaurant that makes their own beers and carries some other pretty good ones in bottles. The food here is excellent as well. My wife and I split an Alpaca pizza and were very happy. We were happy to be handed a business card of the restaurant before leaving that told us there was a branch of the same restaurant in Cusco called Carpe Diem. We visited there as well. Both were awesome. |
74 /100 AV. PACHACUTEC S/N If you are trying to find this place, it is located near the bottom of the hill on your right as you walk up to the hot springs. Nice place in Aquas caliente. Still waiting for my pizza, but they have the 2nd largest beer selection I have seen n Peru with around 22 beers. Upscale atmosphere. Service is friendly so far. Prices a little high. Will update after my meal.----Pizza was very good, my friend’s ravioli looked fantastic. Service was great, and found a coaster to match the beer I was drinking. According to some reviews on Tripadvisor, food here can be outstanding. I wish I had the time for a full meal. After Bodega 138 in Cusco, this restaurant had the best beer selection I saw in Peru. |
70 /100 AV. PACHACUTEC S/N Checked out this little place while I was in town. Excellent place to visit especially in the cold weather with its big open fire place. It has a good selection of local craft beers but not much from elsewhere (not that that’s a problem) The service was pretty good and the food (like everywhere in Peru) was amazing. If you’re into beer and in town, this is the place to visit. |
74 /100 AV. PACHACUTEC S/N With a big open fireplace in the center of the room, the atmosphere is pretty inviting. Service was friendly and helpful. Good selection of Sierra Andina and Barbarian beers in bottles. |
70 /100 AV. PACHACUTEC S/N After visiting Machu Picchu you of course want some good food, and something else than the standard lager to accompany it with. So, then hit this very nice and affordable place. Some Belgian, some German but why you go here here are because of the Peruvian micros and the laid back atmosphere. Right next to the main plaza. |
