“I haven’t been to the San Servolo pub in a while. I used to come regularly and during that period they changed interior and food selection several times. The last time I was there they worked as a steak house; the part of the kitchen where the meat was prepared was separated from the guests by glass, so you could watch the chef preparing the food. The rest of the space is decorated unobtrusively, using wood and stone, old-fashioned and yet modern. The floor and ceiling are wooden, there are also wooden pillars, the bar is wooden with stone details and a beautifully lit coat of arms. The terrace is large with a semi-open veranda with a beautiful view of the hills of Bujština. On the walls are pictures with beer motifs and proverbs. A wooden / iron spiral staircase leads to the beer shop where souvenirs are offered. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff mostly friendly. The selection of food is not large, mostly meat, steaks, grill and Istrian cuisine, but quite enough and of course delicious. Of course, you can have only their beers, but it is enough since they brew various styles, and all of them are excellent.“

“It's been few years since I've been there, I think it was 2015 or so. Anyway, nice quiet place in Buje area. There is a brewery on ground floor as well as little bottle shop. Restaurant is situated on upper floor with a nice big terrace. Food was quite nice as far as I can remember. Service was good, waitresses was dressed in Bavarian style uniform. Beer selection, as expected, was consisted of their beers only. Overall very nice experience, we had really good time there and I wouldn't mind visiting again sometimes.“

“Nice new brewpub about 10 minutes from the highway from Koper to Pula, brewery in the lowest floor, a german styled restaurant on second, with a nice terrace giving a very nice view of the small town Buje on top of the hill, the sea to the west and mountains to the north. 2 taps with a lager and amber, and most of the other beers in bottles. Nice food menu, ranging from classic brewpub grup, burgers etc to ham, cheese, steaks etc. We had the beef tatar wich was very nice, top class meat and seasoned to our likening at the table. Good service, and fine prices. Beers are ok, not great, but the view and food is.“

“2 drafts, 1 bottle and one additional limited edition bottle. All not bad, but not worth a lengthy de-tour. Place is very nice, though.“
