“I again orderede from this company. Firstly they did not keep to the original date of delivery. I had to contact them. Then they delivered the package outside in frost weather. Some bottles broke because they froze. When I called they first tried to get me to accept the package which I of course refused and they got offended. No apology or any reply from them after that. VERY BAD! Earlier: Nice collection of Danish beers. High prices. Be careful of the dates! And when shipping they tend to tell you after the delivery that some beers were not available.... bad service.“

“Great beer shop kind of in the middle of nowhere. Loads of beers from all over the world, with main focus on Denmark and USA. I spent quite a lot of time here to go through all the shelves. Prices are average for Denmark I guess. Well worth a visit.“

“Nice beerstore in a old grocery shop next to the road leading from Århus to Viborg. Very good selection of danish microes, loads of locals. Good import selection aswell, loads of belgians, english and american beers. Proberly the best selection in Jytland Nice, friendly and knowable service. Fairly priced aswell. Hosts a yearly beer festival every august, as well as a small tasting in the shop every 6th friday afternoon.“

“15 Km north of Aarhus. Impressive selection. Large stock. Some which are no longer imported or havent been brewed for years (therefore check BB date on your IPA’s). The quality of the breweries presented are good. Bruery, Lost Abbey, De Molen, Dogfish Head, the best Danish ones, etc. Some good local breweries as well. Friendly and knowledgable service/staff.. Probably the biggest selection in Denmark. Awesome.“

“Situated on the busy road from Aarhus to Viborg, just in the middle of the small village of Voldby. Impressive selection and friendly and competent staff. Not pricey, especially if you go for special offers. The funny thing is that for three years I used to live just a mile from there and never visited the place back then. Now I wish I had had. One of the best bottle shops in Jutland.“

“Probably the shop in Denmark with the largest selection of beers (both danish and international beers). Their service is great and the prices are reasonable. Personally my favorite beer type is APIA and secondly Abbey Triple. AIPA is hard to find in Denmark but Voldby Købmandsgaard have a fairly good collection. “

“I discovered this place when my Danish parents in law moved to Hammel. Had my first experience with Mikkeller here and I purchased a memorable selection of bottles. As well as Danish beers there is a decent selection from across the world. Will be checking this place out again when we are next visiting.“

“This shop has a very big selection of bottles. Mostly Danish and Belgian but also American. There are quite a few beers from some of the poorest Danish micros, that you may want to avoid. The staff is friendly and know their beers. Most of the beers cost a little more than in other shops. Their website is not completely up to date. They have problems with beers expiring, so always check dates before buying. One of the beers I wanted to buy had expired, so I got it for free, when I pointed it out.“

“Ordered 113 different beers from their website. A few were sold out, but i got the rest. One box went missing in transit and they were about to send me a replacement, then it turned up at the transport-company. Swift dealing with these problems, good service. Beer selection is huge, probably the biggest selection online in Denmark. Flat fee for shipping. The selection is rather diverse, not so many rare beers, but a little bit of everything. They had 113 i had not rated, and at the time i had 5149 ratings. They shipped me a bottle that was past its date, and i got it for free when they found out they had accidentially shipped it. I haven’t really thought about value, i was just happy to get 100+ unticked beers in one purchase..“

“10 minutes driving from the motorway, you will find this bottle shop, with perhaps the widest selection of beers in Denmark. Good service as well. A must visit if you are in this area.“

“After more than one hour driving we entered this beerstore round 09.20 a Monday morning. We were not disappointed! This is a place for beer enthusiasts. Excellent service and a huge selection from Denmark and all over the world. A place you easily can spend an hour (or two) picking out beer to bring home. (Visited October 11th 2010)“

“Essentially a convenience store with a huge liquor department, this is Jutland’s beer heaven and is always worth paying a visit. Has a changing variety of most of the relevant Danish micros, a lot of Belgian classics and some well picked Germans and Brits. Their whisky selection is quite nice too. Prices are a bit steep but occasionally offers give great value.“

“A well-stock dealer of beer, wine and other enjoyables. Lots of Danish micros, a fine selection of the best known Belgians, some lambics, and a few lesser known. Lately there has been a varied selection of Americans as well, and some English, German, French and so on. Maybe not the most exciting selection in the world, but damn good on the Danish, and I like the selection on American too. A place to return to.“

“I had heard of the place, but was quite surprised to see the selection was that great. The selection of Danish microbrews without supermarket distribution and Belgian specials are particularly good. I was asked twice if I needed any help while I was still browsing, and when I actually had a question (are any of these Icelandic beers any good?) I got an honest answer and the story of why they have them in the store.“

“A wide scale of beers, but they count all of Tuborg, Carlsberg and Royal Unibrew´s selection, in the total range of 600 beers until 2010. Now they "only" have about 250 different beers. Personel being lazy and needs more knowledge. many wholes and it looks like they need to fill up the gaps and empty spaces. Not so many danish micros anymore.“

“This store has a very large selection, and since it’s almost in the middle of nowhere, that parking is great. The staff is friendly, but it’s your choice if you want help or not, I think you probably have to ask, if they do not know you as a regular customer. If you need a particular beer, that they can get, they are very helpful in trying to get it for you.“

“A local grosery store with a huge selection of beers, though situated somewhat off the beaten track - it took me 4 years of beer geekdom to go to the place. But then it surprised me positively by having 11 untried beers in their selection. The store in it self is nothing special, but the selection is huge and varied, by their own claims they have 600 different beers.“
