60 /100 MILL FARM, WATCHFIELD My wife's great uncle used to buy cider here in the 60s so we carried on a family tradition. Nearly drove past. Meagre signage. A farm with a few different buildings. Shoo and cidery share the same building. Not a great array. Their own ciders, beers from Cheddar and Glastonbury, a fee random gluten free and AF beers from others. A few meads. Hoped to eat but the empty restaurant was full booked. They do sell their ciders in tap too so better if you're not driving
OK. Garden centre-eque. |
62 /100 MILL FARM, WATCHFIELD There's a good sized shop on site selling their own cider in amongst a half decent selection of other ciders and bottled beers. Farmshop type vibes. Rich's sweet & dry ciders aren't bad, the medium is a mixture of the two |
68 /100 MILL FARM, WATCHFIELD Visited for the wassail in January 2012. Complex of several buildings including a shop and self-service cafe. The ciders were on good form and the food was tasty, with a large and happy crowd turning up for the festivities. Worth a visit. |
70 /100 MILL FARM, WATCHFIELD Went here back in April, traditional cider farm with museum type barn. Shop sells various types of their ciders and other local produce. Restaurant next too it is good but pricey |
