But it is not many other grocery stores with a decent selection in this town anyway.“ |

| 76 /100 STORGATA 20 “A nice place for trying som local beers. I visited on a quiet sunny sunday afternoon in July. Helpful serviceminded staff gave me a tour of the brewery and served smaller glasses so I was able to sample all 8 of their own beers on tap. The wifi came in handy, and the food was excellent- although menu is rather small. A big plus for those who have partners which prefer wine- 10 different ones available by glass.
Nice interior and of course the outside seating was nice on a summer day! Horten is a bit out of the way, but I would definitely recommend it.“ |

Ølen har vært litt ujevn i kvalitet, men pale alen er toppers. Greit utvalg i flasker 20-30, de fleste fra norske mikrobryggerier.
De har veldig bra pubmat her. Relativt dyr plass til å være i Horten, men greit sammenlignet med større byer.“ |

Fine service, a good selection of bottled beers, most of them from Norwegian micros. High end pub food available. The ouside seating will be great during the summer.“ |

They to normally sell 3 or 4 of their own beers in the bar.
When I write this it is not possible to buy beer and bring home.
A stop here on a road trip is absolutely reccomendable.
But call them infront. It is not open if there are no guests at the hotel. And it is quite small.“ |

A decent selection of their own brews on tap and both I tried were decent. Certainly worth visiting if one happens to be in the area.“ |

A good mix of foreign and domestic beers and of course quite a few wines and spirits. Didn’t expect to find anything new Norwegian beers here, but we actually did. The store is situated inside a shopping mall, with good parking possibilities, and it’s close to both the ferry terminal and the brewpub, all within walking distance.“ |

Not the cleanest of beers I’ve had, but they were all drinkable. The staff seemed pretty unexperienced with their tasks, but they were friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t know much about their beers. But it was a nice time sitting at the stool facing the street and chatting with my mate. The place seems quite small, but there’s also a room downstairs. Didn’t try the food, even though the other guests seemed satisfied.“ |

Modern looking interior without being to hipster.
You can relax at the bar and watch all the busy people outside through the glass wall, while you enjoy one of their beers. Or sit in the restaurant section.
I was quite impressed with the beers I got served!
Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean toilets.
