“This is a working farm, so you’re surrounded by all the usual agricultural accoutrements and terroir. But the only animal you’ll see is the cidery dog George, who will more than likely meet you at your car and guide you to the tasting room. And there a plethora of good cheer awaits you, bot in the form of Tom, the Cider Man, and the ciders and perries he makes. Another American happened to be visiting at the same time, a restaurant owner named Laura who had lots of questions, so I could simply listen and learn. Tom walked us through the range of draft and bottled ciders and perries he had at hand, pausing only to do the same for others who stopped by to make some purchases. Although I’ve been to other cideries and perriers (is that a word?), this was the most informative time I’ve had. A must-stop in Herefordshire, and worth going well out of your way to visit.“

“Visited this place a few times now, last time had to shout for the farm hand to come and open up. Cosy little farm shop in a barn on the farm, with a few dusty old shelves stocking the prized cider & perry. When I was last there it was just after the summer when some bottles weren’t available, but they have always been more than happy to offer a taster of what is. Very friendly service and always happy to chat about cider for as long as you want to. Also a bonus that Tom happens to produce some of the best cider / perry in the country!“

“Have visited here frequently over the last 7-8 years. There is a small shop where you can taste the ciders & perries as well as a tasting room where large groups can pop along for a few hours and taste the range. Usually have 6 ciders & perries to taste. Great place and Tom Oliver is a lovely chap producing some excellent ciders & perries.“
