“Visited in November 2019. Charming rural tavern that is so full of different kitschy ornamentals that it manages to transcend the border of kitsch and becomes plain again. The lace was teeming with locals and had nice service. The three burgers I had were delicious and the beers were very good, so despite the selection not being broad (just three of their beers), it is definitely worthwhile to drop by. I booked a night in Osek just to visit their two breweries and it was a good choice.“

“Visited in November 2019. I was wondering why the abbey was run down so much - should be a tourist magnet that is cared for and visually exposed also when it gets dark. Unless I happened to be at the wrong time there. Since the courtyard of the abbey, where the brewery is located, is giganormous, the beer-garden potential is almost endless though. Should come in handy in the Summer months, as the taproom has a high ceiling but is actually quite small and I was lucky to have reached the brewery before the evening, when it became flooded by locals. Nice white walls, with a view of the heart of the brewery behind glass. Very friendly service and very good beers, especially the svetle 12 and tmave 12. Recommendable.“

“Beautifully decorated restaurant with small brewery, they have 3 taps with own beers of average quality. Such nice, cosy ambience with fireplace. On the evening full: recommended to book a table.“

“Brewpub in restorated old monastery brewery. Through a glass you can see everything of brew device. 4 taps with their own beer, above average. Very friendly service. Highly recommended to book table, if you are with company on evening. On monastery courtyard is beergarden, so in summer should be better situation with places to sit.“

Brewpub situated in high hall of old brewery building within ancient monastery. There’s interesting view of kettles and brewery equipment through the glass. Four taps (pale and dark lagers), plus "Rezané" (mix of pale and dark lager). Service was dressed as somewhat zombified nuns these Halloween days.
Pleasant place.“

Really nice restaurant, many flowers and wood everywhere, large place with garden outside around fireplace. Three taps, pale and dark lager and one seasonal special, average beers. Service OK.
Pleasant place.“
