“Had the pleasure of visiting the place with a group of locals. Besides I know one of the brewers. We had a warm welcome outside the old farmhouses. The taproom was quite crowded but I could see a lot of interesting food on the shelves apart from the bottled beers and the taps, 4 as far as I remember but I am not sure if they are there permanently. Nice courtyard behind the taproom, we were allowed to sneek into the butchery and the brewery. The latter is quite small. Friendly reception. Fair prices.“

“Large taproom/Farmshop out in the country side. Just follow the signs. 1 tap and only 3 bottles when I visited. Many wines and foodspecialities and a very large butcherdepartment with sausages and meat. It looked fantastic and not that expensive. Lunchrestaurant until 16.00. Nice servings in the yard behind the shop.“

“This place is a butcher and a cafe in one as Hallegaard makes both beer and meat with a focus on sausages. They have just one beer of their own at the moment which was available on both bottle and tap. They are however according to the staff expecting to get more tanks come autumn so they will be able to expand with more different beers. Apart from their own beer they also have a couple of Svaneke and BornholmerØL’en as well as a couple of standard foreign beers. The place itself has a really nice patio. The staff was a bit slow and the selection limited. I didn’t try the food, but especially the sausages looked really nice. Don’t try to find this place without GPS. It’s in the absolute middle of nowhere. If you find yourself on Bornholm you might as well go here.“
