Pecket Well Beer Guide: Your Pecket Well guide to beer, beer bars, breweries and brewpubs

Latest reviews from Pecket Well

“On top of the hill out of the treeline that separates the small village of Pecket Well from Hebden Bridge down in the valley. This pub is one of the first buildings on the right as the road continues to climb up to the moor and on to Keighley. In its own light stone coloured building there’s a large car park to its side and a smoking shelter too, there’s a couple of tables out front as well. Inside the pub is split into two sides, firstly a front facing room with sofas around an open fire that is a very cosy improvement on the pool table that used to be in here, and secondly an equally cosy but slightly bigger room around an ’L’ shaped bar against the back wall. Here, the side window utilises the stonework of the pub very well. The other side of the pub is set-up for dining and has slightly more modern furniture. This area includes a brick archway as part of its roof but adds a different kind of ambiance to the experience. There’s four real ales available.“
