“This 22 y/o concert venue, restaurant and craft beer bar (newly opened) is a real gem outside the "touristique ville de Percé". You will find 8 beers on tap and up to 15 other beers offered in cans and bottles. With AuVal, Brett & Sauvage, Pit Caribou and Cap Gaspé nearby, you will find the greatest beers far east of Montréal. There's a homemade vege/vegan/no gluten menu only offered at the bar wich is really cheap.“

“Right on a riverside waterfront directly across from Pic Caribou, you can watch the lobstermen in tiny boats come in to unload their pots. Huge sunny patio on three sides, mainly picnic tables with umbrellas, with some extra shade near the building. Inside has restaurant tables and a small bar, but there is a place for live shows and a store upstairs. Four beers on tap, but the real draw here is the 750s of Brett & Sauvage and Auval beers. Food was tasty and filling, seafood or a chicken sandwich for lunch. Patio staff were friendly and attentive, oddly the reception folks at the front desk did not care for my French so that discouraged me from checking out the store. Decent enough place with extra credit for the hard to find beers.“

“This is a working farm located a few kilometers away from the coast in a dense and hilly forest. Huge parking lot with a sign at one end that illustrates a walking trail you can take around the property to see what's growing in the field, and visit the pollinators who make it all possible. Large production facility in the center sadly cannot be visited. You can only buy beers at the "kiosk" - actually a good-sized farmhouse opposite the fields. Just giant stacks of swag and beer here; they had three varieties on offer when I visited, and you're limited to two 750s of each. Two very friendly and helpful young ladies staffed the kiosk to fill the orders of a steady stream of customers. There isn't anyplace in the kiosk to drink on site; there are a small handful of picnic tables scattered amongst the fields where I suppose you could drink and picnic, but I didn't see anyone doing that (I didn't see anyone walking the paths around the fields either). So, beautiful setting, very tasty beer, maybe underutilized as a destination. Still, the visit did give me more insight into this mysterious place. And I got a T-shirt for my efforts. My score for this place may seem low because the selection was just three beers; but that just means you'll have to actually read my review!“

“Dramatic location by the sea with a view of Perce and the Isle de Bonaventure. Strong wind blowing when I visited, so you have to be a bit hardy, and you have to like that strong fishy sea smell. No interior space, but the patio is huge, lots of different sized tables; picnic tables have umbrellas. They had half a dozen draft beers with flights of four possible, as well as cans and bottles to go or to take away. A handful of snax too - smoked salmon, beef jerky etc. They were doing a brisk business when I stopped by on a Monday afternoon. The coolship is in a small outbuilding next to the patio, with a sod roof, but is sadly not viewable at the moment due to construction. Solid place“

“Made a trip in gaspé to finally see this mystical brewery. I haven’t tried their beer yet, but location is limited. Although it is in respect of their business model. Can’t buy more than 6 beers per person. Went a second time before leaving on Octoberfest day. :)“

“Endroit rustique, bel ambiance.

“Visited for the first time July 13, 2012. I did not expect to go there, because you can only buy bottles and other merchandises, but what the hell. Very smal brewery, but they only make 4 beers year round. Nice little store, with taps? Yes they will have beer on tap, when they will have their license, same for a patio. So in the futur people will be capable of sampling or drinking pints in front of the cove. And I like the location, it’s not in the town of Percé where they charge you $11 for parking, anywhere!“

“This restaurant is across the water from the Pit-Caribou, on the outskirts of the touristy Percé village. This part of Gaspésie is stunning, and this restaurant’s patio is no exception. Simple, but inspiring nonetheless with boats accosting and fishermen shouting about their catches of the day. The only draw for a craft beer lover is the fact they serve Pit-Caribou beers on tap (the brewery itself has a tiny gift shop, but no tasting room) and that is rare. The brews are all simple and quenching, with the Blonde and Robust Porter being the most satisfying to me.“
