“Hard to find parking spot. It looks dead from outside but when got in for lunch this place was packed (mostly 40+ folks). Service was polite, beer was decent. Older place but with charm.“

“Big liquor store with a few fridge of craft beer in the back left. A bunch of mostly uninteresting singles cans (lost of macro or mass market craft), some Belgians, and a small locals selection. The rest of the craft selection is all 4- and 6-packs, not so great for beer hunters or people from out of town. Worth a look when coming into town from the west.“

“Very strange, bare bones place. You drive up and it’s a tiny retail location with a few chairs inside and some patio tables outside. No effort at all. 6 taps, with flights of 4 for $8 (after tax) plus a couple fridges of 4-packs to go. Friendly service. Beers are forgettable, with no ambition shown. Not one of the better spots in town in any sense.“

“Open later in the evening than the other nearby places (District, Bushwhakker, and Rebellion), so a good choice for last stop. Warehouse feel to the place (duh!), lots of brick and a couple garage doors out front along with a nice little patio. About 10 taps, with flights of 4 for $10 (after tax). Beer is pretty mediocre -- competently brewed for the most part, but unexciting. Very friendly service. Worth a visit.“

“Old school, pretty tired feeling place -- feels like they haven't updated it since opening in 1991. Large interior, with tons of seating. Pretty expansive taplist of their own beers, pushing 20 beers. Flights of 6 for $18 after tax, rather pricey. Beer quality is OK, with many beers having an old British malt taste to them. Nothing really stood out. Perhaps this would've been a standout in the 90s and even early 00s, especially for Saskatchewan, but nowadays, this is pretty tired and uninspiring. They have a small fridge or two of cans and bottles to go. Must-visit when in Regina, but don't expect anything special.“

“Only cans sold during these COVID times, but you can drink on premises on their patio if you want. I just grabbed a mixed 4-pack of their different offerings. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Probably worth a visit in usual times.“

“Located in an industrial lot close to the centre, feels like a trucker stop — such as SK. Loads of beers on tap, with 6 core beers and maybe 10 seasonals, plus a fridge where many of their beers are available in cans (including singles), plus guest bottles. Usually they do flights, but with COVID, only half pints or full pints—though staff were happy to give free tastes. Beer quality was solid. I nabbed a few to go. Definitely worth hitting when in Regina.“

“Really nice spot close to the city centre that will please beer geeks. Huge taplist, with a dozen or more of their own, plus another more than a dozen guest taps. Big patio out front for the good weather months. Flights of 5 available. House beer is very good quality, with almost everything on tap that I tried well-dialled in. Mandatory visit when in Regina.“

“Now this is a cool place...lots of history...a good amount of which is documented on the walls. Love the décor...seems like a fun place to be on a cold, snowy night. The food here is pretty good...in a hearty sense for certain. The beers were solid...good to very good...no real misses...even if a number of the styles were not my type...but that takes nothing away from their quality in my eyes. The people here are great (as an American I find myself saying that everywhere I go in Canada...still some places are even better and this was one). In fact, I was able to take the grand tour into the bowels of the building starting with a very cool spiral staircase. What amazed me was how many short and fat fermenters they had...I mean...I've never seen so much equipment wedged into such a low-ceilinged meandering underground space. If they were ever to move...I'm sure they wouldn't be taking the equipment with them...but seems like it would take a pretty unusual situation to get them to...given all the place's history. It was so nice of the young lady that gave me the tour to do so...it was a busy time and it was provided just for me. I recommend you visit when in Regina...and come hungry and thirsty. Take some time to read all the history on the walls too.“

“Must visit brewery in Regina...great décor and ambiance...lots of red...love the hop cone lights. This is a really fun place to hangout...and there's a decent outside area for drinking too. The best thing about our visit here was the staff...they were great...couldn't do enough for us...plus fun and engaging conversation. The beers are noteworthy...strong selection...good variety. We tried all 11 (they have guest taps too) via flights and free samples. There were 3barrel aged beers...a barleywine and imperial stout each at 11%...plus an American wild ale at 6.7%. Additionally, they had a very good session IPA called Golden Crush. There were 7 year round offerings that included a very good cherry mead clocking in at 14%! There were no losers here...some good beers and some very good beers. There were also plenty of cans and bottles for sale in a cold case...including a variety pack. Don't miss this place.“

“2017-07-02. Nice space, modern reno decor with lots of wood, character, TVs are on but no sound. 30 taps of mostly Prairie microbreweries. They do beer flights. Relatively big place, it was fairly empty early on a Sunday night, but I think the patio was pretty full. Pizza was pretty good. Definitely worth a visit. Tap list is comparable to anywhere else we tried in Regina.“

“2017-07-02. Really nice space, bright wood feels almost like a beach cafe/holiday town nestled in a super residential neighbourhood. The server asked us if we were there for beer - which we happily said yes to - only to be told that they were sold out of beer. After an akward pause, and a look at the couple in front of us that had what appeared to be glasses of beer, we left. Looked like a decent number of taps but they were apparently all empty today. (I’ll say 9/15 in fairness). Not sure if we could have eaten there or not, and were too thrown off to ask. In hindsight we should have asked more questions and not been so awkward and quick to leave, but we were starving and tired having walked across town to get there so we just left. Super odd visit.“

“2017-07-01. Cozy space feels like a tavern meets hotel bar with tiled floors and comfy booths. Reminded me of UK pub meets New York City tavern somehow? TV menu was cool but kept cycling through screens which made it hard to keep track of what I wanted to get in my sampling flight (I was getting tired which admittedly didn’t help!) Server was friendly but a touch distracted by a more social table and fending off the advances of an inebriated lover of Rochefort. Food menu looked good. We weren’t super hungry so we shared a small cheddar ale soup (We should have got the large! So good!) and an order of beerogies, which were tasty. They had a great range of local beers - not all of which are great unfortunately but that’s what we were looking to try for the most part - and some imports. It was super quiet when we were there, but there was a big CFL game on and Canada Day events and fireworks downtown which likely had something to do with it. Nice spot, worth a visit while in town.“

“2017-07-01. Cool spot, nice decor. They have a Simpsons pinball machine! We sat at the long bar but there were a nice mix of tables as well. The hop cone shaped chandelier shades are pretty awesome. 14-16 taps of mostly their own beers with some guest offerings. They have a good range of styles available including a mead. Beers were mostly all decent to good, though with fewer standouts than I had hoped for. (I had high hopes based on what I had heard.) Servers were very friendly, and gave us some good tourist/sight seeing advice. Food menu is limited, though we had a very nice slice of spinach and feta pizza, which I think they bring in from somewhere else. The pub is not far from our hotel but the neighbourhood feels a bit stark walking past the casino and the train tracks depending how you get here. Definitely worth a visit while you are in town.“

“Aside from the girl giving out samples of beer, the staff was completely rude and snarky. The beer selection was pretty decent but some of the beer (imports from USA) were beyond the best before date, but that being said - the walk in fridge is worth spending 15-20 minutes just thinking about the beers you want to buy!“

“Visited a few months back, friendly guys who absolutely love good craft beer. The theme of the brewery seems to be never brewing the same beer twice. For a brewery that’s only been open a few months now, everything I’ve tried by the has been completely solid. Their coffee shop is also well worth a visit, they make one of the best mochas I’ve had in a long time.“

“Good sized building and decently laid out. The beer coolers are on the back wall. The selection is better than the old store but badly lacking. They have a few coolers of singles. They also offer the generic beer as well. The staff is still not exactly friendly. There is no need to go here when you can drive in a straight line to the sobeys store in under 20 minutes.“

“Finally a consistent place to buy good beer. The store features a very large walk in beer cooler filled with beer.....yes....beer. Finally I can buy Miller Lite in Saskatchewan, and even better is it’s cold!! The stock seems to rotate often. I like the build your own six pack and bonus Air Miles. I don’t think it will flame out like Willow Park did.“

“Great place to go grab a beer or get a growler fill. They always have their core beers plus a very nice rotation of guest taps and their own seasonals. You can find their beer almost anywhere in the city which is cool too. Very good staff and nice environment. They offer a variety of appetizer type food from other local places and food trucks on a seasonal basis. Awesome place and they are very active in the community.“

“This is the new store. It appears to be a new staff as well, as I’ve gone a few times and not seen any familiar faces. That is a good thing. A lot of fridges - maybe 15? with a lot of singles and a better focus towards craft than the old location. Talked with a few staff members and they are saying some good stuff so he is hoping. I’ll update this rating in time.“

“I am giving them a rating, which I intend to update once they get into a rhythm, but i wanted to make sure it was on the site. A big, brand new store, with a huge beer cooler. A lot to choose from, nothing crazy, but a LOT of options. For the time being, i’ll say it’s great, i hope it stays this full of good stuff!“

“Beautifully designed interior, very attentive and knowledgeable staff, great beers brewed right on the premises. No food yet, but they do catering in-house for larger groups (there was a wedding party taking a tour then having a private tasting after-- very cool).. Regina is lucky to have this place!“

“It’s a little unfair to rate a place on their opening day, but I wanted to make sure it was added to the database, and will update accordingly. Very impressed. I didn’t eat, but they will have some kind of small food menu. Beer was great, staff was very knowledgeable, growler fills are very reasonably priced and growler glass is priced properly. This is a must stop.“

“Wow, busy place! Situated in a cool old building (that survived a fire back in the day), the pub has an open and homey feel, with lots of natural wood. Decor is various breweriana and some featured local artist photography (very nice). The beer here is solid to excellent, and Mitch the brewmaster definitely knows his craft. The tour with Mitch was very enjoyable. The servers were all excellent. Didn’t get a chance to try anything from the food menu.“

“Really nice location, with multiple rooms and styles. Service was bad, substituted drinks without asking and on top of which mixed up all the names. Prices for food was high, but it was very good. Beer prices are high, which seems normal for this area. Sampler available. If this is the best, I feel sorry for locals.“

“The beer selection here is fantastic. By far the best in Regina. The food is fresh, brilliant and tasty. A classy, interesting, gastropub in the heart of Regina. The presence of this pub makes me want to go back to Regina, and I can’t really say that about a lot of others things there.“

“If you’re from out of town, it’s worth going here just to get Paddock Wood. Otherwise, Willow Park is infinitely better. I’d actually say the government liquor stores in Manitoba are better than this. Get your Paddock Wood and get out.“

“This is a large, enjoyable brewpub with decent food. In a place this large I guess it’s inevitable that not all the servers will be extremely knowledgable about beer, but they were trying. The beer itself is decent, but not mindblowing. I’ve been to most of the good brewpubs within driving distance of Winnipeg (including Fitgers and Town Hall), and this one was pleasant and worth visiting but not on the top of my list. For Regina, it’s great, but I would recommend Beer Brothers ahead of it for both food and beer selection. Of course, this is the only place to try Bushwakker beer and some of it is quite good.“

“Great selection for Regina. Food is usually good, as is the service. Nice front deck for the summer. Only thing keeping me from going here all the time are the prices. Expect to pay $8-$10 for most beer. Beer menu on website rarely seems to match what they have.“

“What a great place. A buddy and I shared the 16 beer sampler of their brewpub offerings and then I bought a few other more exceptional brews. The waitress was slow and had to ask us again what we had ordered. The bartender was awesome and gave me a fresh imperial ipa from the back instead of an older on. The bottles are overpriced, but expected for Saskatchewan. The food was pretty good too. Overall, a great place for some world class brews.“

Great selection but just had a weird feeling.“
