“This place is next to its namesake church. Inside is very atmospheric with a tiny L shaped bar with four stools on the left as you enter plus a few restaurant tables. Huge taplist on an equally huge blackboard. On your right is a store with their beers plus cheeses and other local products. Sounds like the beers haven't improved much, if at all, over the years, but some were tasty enough. Food was fine but not spectacular; veggie burger tasted like the packaged kind. They apparently rent rooms as well. Pretty drive to an interesting small town. Don't go out of the way for the beers, but it's worth a half hour drive for a meal Friendly, approachable staff were happy speaking to me in French even though they spoke English - a pleasant change from yesterday. I saw no dogs or children“

“Actual presbytary, visited Sept 2020 during COVID. Beautiful old Victorian home, 2 floors, plenty of seating (limited due to COVID) and porch surrounding the building serves as outside seating. Bad wifi reception outside. Beers were decent at best, 2 to 3$ per taster. Food looked appetizing but did not partake. Menu was typical gastropub, salads, burgers, poutines, with a few interesting offerings (aloo gobi anyone?) If you`re in the area, worth the stop.“

“Beautifully set brewpub in the center of St-Stanislas. Old presbytery turned brewpub has a nice homey feeling, the staff is very welcoming and kind, very helpful service. The beers seemed to all suffer from a uniformity of an off flavour, not sure what is going on but I hope they can find it. The food is pretty standard pub grub, but available at a very decent price. Overall not a bad place, but not one I can fully recommend due to the quality of the beers.“

“Visité lors du Rallye Bières et Plaisirs 2017. Superbe endroit situé dans un ancien presbytère (surprise!) où ils ont conservé des éléments architecturaux et ont ajouté plusieurs éléments reliés à la bière, dont une grande collection de bouteilles. Service sympathique et connaissant bien leurs produits. Les bières dégustées étaient toutes bonnes d'autant plus qu'ils ne brassent que depuis six semaines. De loin mon coup de coeur du Rallye, un retour est assuré!“
