66 /100 EDIFICIO AVANTE
“This is part of a chain of "buffalo wings" restaurants of which I believe there are 6 in el Salvador. All six are in San Salvador. Its a sort of restaurant/sports bar serving generic but tasty American food. Really good choice of food and they brew their own beers too. I had the 3 beers they seem to produce in bottles. They were out of tapped own brew beers. They also had taps for cadejo brewing company but these were also not on. A few local bottles but obviously not what a ratebeerian would come for. Always interesting to try beers from a microbrewery when abroad but their stuff is a little over hopped and samey. Still, its extremely cheap and the service was fantastic so perhaps worth it if you’re in town.“

“Went there yesterday with my friend from Santa Ana. This place was called Sall y Pimienta out front; didn’t see a Wine-O sign. They carried 3 kinds of beer, all German and had a total stocked inventory on the shelf of 6 units. I got 2 of their 3 kinds of beer which were all German: Bitburger Pils, Erdinger Krystalweizen, and Licher Hefe Weizen. The Licher had a sell by date of today. Friendly folks but knew nothing of any home brew supplies or larger selection of beer. The blonde lady who we spoke with The beer was on the bottom shelf out front and they had a nice selectiion of wines. Plus some international deli type grocery stuff. We didn’t check out the resto. Beers were priced ok.“

“Nice place to meet up with friends and family since it is located in the heart of a beatiful mall. The food basically consists of good sandwiches, salads and fries. As for selection, considering that there is not a lot of availability in El Salvador it has 13 selections.“
