“Let's hype up the score of this joint, c'mon, it's worth more than these four previous reviews suggest. Open till late, not very high prices (for the very expensive, beer-wise, France), right in the city center, friendly and serviceable staff... and then, of course, a nice seleciton of ales and lagers, both local and from abroad. Oh, and quite a lot of bourbon, rye and scotch. Not many taps (six, as far as I remember) but decent choices and a nice ambiance. If in town, drop by.“

“Came here on 14.12.2018. This Delirium branch is located very centrally in Toulouse, walking distance from the main square. Large area with self service only. About 10 draft beers including the blond and red Delirium Tremens. A loud place, not very comfortable. Every order has to be paid separately and service was not too attentive. Had no food, believe you can order crepes on a separate counter. Beer quality is great, ambiance and service are mediocre. Nothing for Ben.“

“Pretty small bar a little bit outside the historic city center. Rustic interior with a long bar and rock music playing. 6 taps - when I was there they offered 4 French and 2 Spanish beers - interesting selection. Additionally, they have approximately 30 bottles and serve cold tapas. More a bar with good beer than a bar focused solely on beer but definitely not a bottle shop. Worth a visit when you are around albeit a little pricey.“

“Small shop in the city center. Rather weird selection of different breweries from various European countries albeit with interesting beers. Not a lot of French beers and in total about 150 bottles. The guy working there completely ignored me during my visit and I did not feel welcome.“

La Houblonnière (Beer Store)
37 RUE DE LA REPUBLIQUE
“Small shop close to the Pont Neuf on the western shore of the river. They have a nice selection of Belgian and French beers along with a decent selection of different European brewers with some beers you would not expect. In total approximately 400 bottles. Only a few beers from oversea. Additionally, they offer 8 taps (mostly french) and have some bottles and cans cooled. The guy there was friendly and helpfull and seemed really passionate about beer. Small but nice place with a good selection - I enjoyed my visit.“

“Walked some distance from Toulouse center to ecperiment. Came for Ris IS on the web draft menu... Not updated of course! Again!! Asked if any in their fridge...was told by barman that the RIS or IS must not be refrigeraded(!!) so I could have one from the shelves at 22deg C?! c'est-cela-ouiii... 10to12 seemed to me a good bracket to me... So back to a frigid draft porter, but a decent one. Ambiance so so. Service and internet-service really not on par with the RATEBEER rating! No coming back.“

86 /100 100 RUE RIQUET
“I have rated this really high because it is a 100% bières artisanales Françaises café. Opened in May 2016. Serves 70 beers mostly in bottle, and all of them French. Spartan décor plus drinking games. At the far end of the craft beer strip that laces Rue Riquet, not far from the Fluid Mechanic.“

“Grim dark bar with interesting pictures on the wall. Likely 100 beers, with a majority Belgian, though it is difficult to read the menu. Not much else here except ’sphere and some oddly appealing music.“

“A really enjoyable bistro and bar with a streetside terrace area, on the corner of Rue Riquet, Toulouse’s impressive current craft beer centrale. The only one to be open all day, too. A clever and ever-changing rage of Francophone beers, not that many French yet, but an impressive range of lambics. Top rate tapas from 19.00.“

“No more a beer shop - nowadays this is a smallish bar offering six ever-changing taps that are increasingly likely to be French. Roughly 100 bottles include a good range from La Garonnette (Toulouse), about a dozen other French bières artisanales and a clever international selection. Excellent and good value tapas also available.“

“Small Brewpub (5Hl in the back) offering their beers as well as one of the best selection of beer to take on site or bring home (small additional charge for on site) local and international. The name Barallel is a play on words on the parallel between wine and beer as the place also offer a wide selection of natural wine that can be recommended by the sommelier of the staff. The staff knows how to talk you through styles and recomdations, and the house beer are innovative for the french scene. Food is simple (cheese or meat platter, salmon, bread). Really recommend keeping an eye on this in the next years !“

“Excellent beer shop. The selection is stellar, from the European classics (To Ol, Mikkeler, De molen ...) at a more than fair price, to the hard to get import bottle (The bruery, Prairie...) you were dreaming about. They also do a lot of efforts to create new activities (beer tasting) and partnerships + the staff is nice and passionate. A must visit“

La Boutique des saveurs (Grocery Store)
1 RUE OZENNE
“Close to metro station Carmes, this WIne and Liquor shop now carries a broad selection of beers. The shelves are ordered by beer type which is pretty cool. The new selection is honestly world class with the addition of : Brew by number, Magic Rock, Beavertown, Traquair, Balladin, Del Ducato, De molen, Mikkeler, , Siren, Anchor, Evil Twin, Trou du diable, Dieu du ciel, Naparbier, and the french classics, la debauche, matten, la goutte d’or, la Correzienne. The shop has a nice atmosphere to it and the service is nice and knowledgeable. 100% a must visit if you are in town.“
