“Seems to be the best craft beer place in Windermere. Small but cosy. Nice music. About 14 taps with 5 or 6 craft ciders too. Free WiFi.“

“Nice enough pub with 2 cask beers on and a mediocre selection of bottles. No real surprises here. They have free WiFi. Expensive at 2 pounds for a half pint“

“Stumbled upon this place by accident. Very happy I did. Small, cosy surroundings of mostly upcycled materials. Stone wall, old wooden furniture and wood/corrugated metal bar. This is the tap house for 3 of their own brews - an excellent pale, a lager and a milk stout - as well as a BrewDog tap on rotation (The Clown King IBU 65 barley wine when I visited) and then 14 further keg taps adorning the back wall. 9 of those were cider or perry - so not my bag - but some eclectic beer options. These included Flying Dog, Grimbergen, Liefmans, Tiny Rebel and a further BrewDog at my visit. A very large beer fridge contains up to 100 beers to takeaway. I didn't have food but several patrons nearby were tucking into various sharing platters. Highly recommended.“

“A nice enough local pub with four handpumps dispensing local ales that might offer a tick or two.“
