68 /100 Der BierSepp (Restaurant) SCHLOßGASSE 10 Just located in the same street of that fraud called Brauereigaststätte Schlappeseppel but actually with Schlappeseppel beers (7 different ones nothing really fancy). The schweinebraten made with beer sauce was quite good. |
54 /100 Gastwirtschaft Schlappeseppel (Restaurant) SCHLOSSGASSE 28 When I first passed by was possible to spot some bored tourists enjoying a beer at 11 a.m. At 1 p.m was totally crowded . I find simply stupid that they only sell Faust instead of Schlappeseppel it makes no sense. Just change the bloody name to Gastwirtschaft Faust! To had insult to injury they only have some of the Faust beers.Far from the 21 different ones they actually produce. |
68 /100 Gastwirtschaft Schlappeseppel (Restaurant) SCHLOSSGASSE 28 For years they served here Schlappeseppel. Because of a contract change, only the name remembers to that period. Nice cafe but they will do their name some honour if they serve it again.

80 /100 Gastwirtschaft Schlappeseppel (Restaurant) SCHLOSSGASSE 28 Really neat, old German pub. It looks like something out of a movie.
The service was good.
They have six taps and sell in either 0,3 or 0,5 liter glasses. One thing I didn’t understand is that although Schlappeseppel can be purchased in the supermarket, it was not available in this brewpub. Instead they sell Faust.
Prices for beer are cheap compared to an American brewpub--2,85E for 0,5 liter. The food was more expensive but it was worth the price because it was exceptionally good. |
