“We visited here Saturday 25th July 2020 after a long walk from Eyrain campsite. It's located right in the middle of town in the market place. I wasn't going to add this place initially, however as soon as we sat down it became clear that there is a strong link with Weißbräustüberl in town (the food menu is identical) and the website carries an image of Weißbräustüberl on it, I didn't really look at the drinks menu as I knew what I wanted, but I suspect that would also be similar if not the same. It's a nice place, I guess it has a little bit of history, it was popular today and the food looked every bit as good as that which we'd had earlier. Beers were good, staff a little bit curt however on the plus side super efficient and very conscientious regarding hygiene which in these COVID-19 times was good to see. It looked nice inside, quite old and I bet really cozy in the winter. Prices good and beer quality great.“

“We visited here Saturday 25th July 2020 after a long walk from Eyrain campsite. It's just to the northern edge of the centre, though the town is quite small so it's easy to find, we never went to the railway station but I think that it's quite close to here. There were about 10-12 tables outside so we took advantage of the good weather and sat here. There were about a dozen other folks here and the builders working on the building next door (bed shop?) also joined. The building was cream coloured it was in a nice area with a grass area across the road out the front. We also ate here and had Schnitzel, mine was with Spätzle and Loz's was with Pommes Frites, the portions were huge, the food was great. We tried their own beer, Dunkel Weizen and Hefe Weisse, both were good. Staff were friendly and service swift. I only ventured inside to use the toilet but it looked nice inside. There are not many beery options in this town so this is probably one you will want to visit.“

“Visited over Easter 2014. Only a couple of minutes away from the station. A nice clean tidy one roomed taproom with patio. Beer from Hopf and had specials and bottles available. Good service, friendly staff and good value. Direct trains from Munich make it simple to get at.“
