“A large modern riverside brewpub and resturant. Normally there are 4 beers available 3 regulars and a seasonal. There are four coppers that are nice and shiny in a central location and there is also some old brewery equipment in corners that is quite intresting. This is a great place to eat, their Schweinshaxe is the best in Hamburg? Also their Schnitzel is very tasty, so don't miss it (with a beer or two!). Their portion are big in the evening, but if you go for lunch, you can enjoy a smaller portion of Schnitzel at a cheaper price. It's very crowded in the evening so recomend booking to avoid disapointment. The staff are friendly, but there are not many, so it can take some time to be served. The atmosphere is casual and definitely worth visiting if in the area, as a very good place to see experience German food and people“

“What a nice place for craft beer. A unique tap room in the brewery, not crowded and and a chilled out atmosphere, in a classic industrial building of the pre-war period on the beautiful Wilhelmsburger island park. A bit of interesting taproom history, sitting in a water basin with 30cm thick walls of solid steel (with breakthroughs), which at times when the building was an extension of the waterworks next door, the ventilation of freshly pumped groundwater was used to remove the carbon dioxide contained. It's a cozy place to be, as a couple or in a group of friends. There is always a good selection of their own micro-brewery beers changing guest beers from other craft breweries. The brew dude's are really friendly and helpful and will even share their recipies! Did I mention that there is delicious food to go with the bier's, for example homemade ramen, at very affordable prices. A must do place to visit on a Thursday or Friday when in Wilhelmsburg.“

“Located at a high altitude in the impressive Elbphilharmonie building, this is an entirely modern, antiseptic bar devoted to the promotion of everything with Störtebeker on it. There are 12 taps, mostly well-known to beer hunters, but I managed to find one that was new to me. Long waiting time for service and not really popular prices. Go there for the stunning view and leave after a pint. Did not try the food but it looked reasonable, though.“

“Very close to the St. Pauli U-Bahn-Station. Sample tray consisting of 4 x 0.2 litres available. The selection is pretty much like the other Brewdog bars I have been to. Not bad.“

“Visited 18/10/2019. Had tried to visit the previous evening but it had closed early, this next day visit was mid afternoon and there were a few people inside but not many. Ordered their sampler flight which was pretty good, as was the pizza I had as late lunch. Attentive service. Worth a wander around inside to see it all. Quite a decent place, though it felt a bit isolated and it’s neighbours give it quite an edge!!“

“Visited 18/10/2019. Big place, in what is quite a seedy street, this visit was on a Friday lunchtime and it was pretty quiet. Went for their taster flight, beers were ok but nothing special. Nice views of the brewing equipment behind the bar. Service was ok, chap doing the brewing was friendly. Bought one of the taster glasses as a souvenir (jokingly said to the barman you must get a lot of these stolen and was told people try but we chase after them - and I can believe that!).“

“Visited 17/10/2019. Nice location by the water but not much of a beer focus. Had a couple of their own on fortunately but not much else and they seemed to play second string to what appeared to be mainly a food destination. Service was pleasant. Nice busy vibe to it but for us it was one beer and off.“

“Visited 17/10/2019. One of the more salubrious places on the Reeperbahn. Typically BrewDog inside. Modern and somewhat stark. Decent service. Good range of beers, boosted on this visit by their collab event. One to check out on the Hamburg tour.“

“Visited 17/10/2019. Absolutely loved this place. My favourite in Hamburg. Situated in a bit of a sketchy area, we turned up not expecting much, a look in through the windows showed it was empty (about 7:30pm Thursday) and quite dimly lit. But it somehow looked inviting, and by coincidence the lady running the place stepped outside for a break from the boredom of having no customers as we turned up so we asked what was on tap and it sounded encouraging so we went in. Small and cosy inside, decent selection of taps (a mix of their own and guests), and a small but very nicely stocked bottle fridge. Our arrival prompted others to come in, and the hour or two we spent there was superb. Great service, lovely vibe, very nice beers. Just an excellent all round visit.“

“Yet another brewdog bar. But than again, you know what you get and it's not bad. Quite some brewdog selection with a few guest beers. Not cheap, not too expensive. This is fine.“

“Brewdog jetzt auch in Hamburg. Am Ende der Reeperbahn in den tanzenden Türmen. Grosser Laden. 24 Taps. Eigene und Guest Beers. Recht teuer. 4erTaster mit allen Bieren möglich. Individueller Preis. Essen ist eher eigen...“

“Big location on Reeperbahn, atmospheric, dark and modern with a "cool" vibe. Tanks right behind the bar, small brewery from Astra, beers only available here. Average beers but a tasting board with 5 beers for 7.50€ is fair.“

“A department store like any other, but my wife wanted to go here, so I decided to have a look at the beer selection. They had a couple of beers from Sudden Death I had not had before and a few from InAle including a cream ale, but otherwise it was beers from Riegele and Insel-Brauerei, that are easily found elsewhere.“

“We had the flight, which is only served indoors, so we had to sit inside as the only people, which was a bit strange. In addition to the five beers in the flight they had one seasonal and one extra bottle.“

“I went here for a meal and to try their two beers. Unfortunately their seasonal beer was sold out, so that left me with just their pils and one tick, which is pretty poor for a place that brews it’s own beer. The food was decent.“

“They have upped their number of taps to 11 now, but they only had one new for me. They had beers from Ricklinger, Beavertown, Brewdog, Murphy, Guinness and Landgang on at my visit. I had two beers and both were in good condition. Nice dark brown interior. They have a fridge with 15-20 more beers and that contained a couple of new beers for me as well.“

“Bar and restaurant inside the Hamburger Elbphilharmonie. Modern, dark and wooden interieur with a nice view to St. Pauli Landungsbrücke and old Elbtunnel. Smokery balcony with the same view. All (ans only) Störtebeker beers on tap, also some saisonals and bottles of the icebock and alcfree beers. Prices are ok, you are in Hamburg and at the Elbphilharmonie (0,3l 2,8-3€). Very friendly and smart staff. Worth a visit.“

“Last visit at our Hamburg brewery crawl around 22:30 on a saturday night - big mistake. Crowded, LOUD, hot, youngsters out partying, a band playing old rock'n'roll. About 5 or 6 beers on tap, no flights (maybe due to how busy the place was) Managed 3 beers (wich wasnt very good) before i gave in to the noise. Service was ok, but rushed. Fair prices. Should have visited as first place in the afternoon, and might do that for a rerating if in Hamburg again.“

“Small cozy bar in 2 rooms not close to Reeperbahn. 8 beers on tap, 5 locals, Landgang, Simian, etc and 3 from the Czech brewery Falkon. Unfortunately no house brews on at our visit. A good number of bottles, locals and from some reason a nice selection of Czech bottles. All tap beers avaible in 10 cl tasters at 2 €. Good knowable service, english speaking and offering samplers before ordrering. Didnt have any food as we just eaten before coming here.“

“Restaurant / burger bar located a block from Reeperbahn. Very crowded when we arrived friday around 20.00. Whatever it was just a normal friday night, or due to the fact that there was alot of people out celebrating halloween i dont know. No seating for dinner, so we just had a beer here before moving on. Krombacher pils on tap, and fine selection of botled beers, including some americans, Kona, Anchor, etc. I had a nice german IPA, Kuehn Mystique. Nice service, and good value for money. Will have to try the burgers another time around. Revisit februar 2019. Beer selection is still limited, but a few bottles from local breweries avaible including 1 i havent had. Had dinner this time around, burgers and fries wich was really good.“

“Nice modern brewpub, outdoor seating with nice view over the river and harbour. Part of the pub reserved for a private party, and all other tables booked for dinner at our visit a late saturday afternoon. Was allowed a table for 20 minutes before the dinner party arrived. 5 beer on tap wich can be had in a flight at a decent price. Fine quality of the beers. Service was good and fast. Some bottles to go aswell. Pizzas loooking good. Worth a revisit.“
