“Shopp with free parking in front, near the ring highway of Brussels. Ok selection, (almost) all Belgium beers if I remember well. Staff is not that friendly, even grumblin that I didn't place all the same beers next to eachother in the trolley. I didn't get my Girardin bottle because I didn't have any empties, but there was no sign at the bottles at all. Some nice, harder to find beers, but overall not that many specials. Steep prices, even for regional Geuzes that I've found much cheaper elsewhere. Overall ok for a visit, but disappointing in my opinion.“

Hard to find beers uit Wallonië. enz. Zeker de moeite. De tarieven zijn wel wat hoger dan op de meeste plaatsen. Maar ik kom er al 4 jaar toch een 3 - 4 keer per jaar.“

“A decent sized and pretty accessible beer shop if you are that side of Brussels in a car. There’s some decent stuff like Struise at good prices and a decent lambic selection as others have said. Only 1 Cantillon (of any type) per person though. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again but would pop in if I were passing by..“

“Big store. Suggest you draw a number ;-) Also sells other liquids. They have a very complete set of Belgian beers with nice rarities as well. I bought the Caractere Rouge over here. And yes... Only Belgians. The progress in the world is still not noticed in these outlands. :-)“

“Very nice store, with an exceptional selection of belgian beers. A never seen choice of lambic beers. Also very nice gifts, bought immediately a beerpacket for my father. Good service, very helpfull. Really worth visiting this shop. Very good situated near Brussels.“

“Nice and very good sorted beer-store next to the Motorway. Great selection, prices vary - "normal" beers are cheap, harder to get stuff gets more expensive (and is sometimes even more expensive than in other places). The staff is absolutely unfriendly, even a bit rude. They don’t seem to be interested in helping you and even at the checkout they are very unfriendly. They sell Westvleteren for 10€/bottle...“

“I have to give it to them, they have a nice selection of lambics & gueuzes. But this should not come as a surprise, as their shop is right next to most of the (Brussels) lambic brewers. Which surprises me that they have such high prices (e.g. Cantillon Bruocsellas are 15€ whereas they are only half of the price at the brewery itself, not too far away). But the thing that surprises me the most, is their totally unfriendly service! Me, a returning customer, wanted to buy a couple of special lambic bottles and a crate of Orval, and was refused to do so. So called reason: they limited the amount of bottles for sale per person (which was NOT indicated anywhere), and you needed a special Orval-card to buy a crate. Note: I previously DID buy a crate of Orval there, gave it back emptied, after which I could not take a full one back home again (so I lost my precious Orval crate).“

“Not really friendly, but well situated next to the E19 and with a good portfolio of lambic and other beers for reasonable prices. Worth a visit.“

“Visited after an afternoon of lambic hunting in Pajottenland. Able to find some interesting (fruit)lambics and geuzes. Not even that large of a selection of Belgian beers, but a decent selection, mostly regional. Friendly and helpful service.“

“Went there looking for some gueuze and at first I couldn’t find any. Then I looked at the back of the shop and found the gueuze room: pretty great selection (I found bottles of 2011 Mega Blend for 8€, which is pretty awesome) and beer from most gueuze producers. If you’re looking for gueuze, a good place to go.“

“Easy accessible store with a nice selection of Belgian beers; even some rare onces but most of them are general available Belgian specialties. Friendly services.“

“Been there 10+ times. The conclusion stays the same. Occassionaly you can find a nice Cantillon or geuze overthere, but in the end, it’s a moderate store with very bitter people who serve you. I won’t go there anymore, and wouldn’t recommend it. UPDATE: recently they are selling Hommage for no less than 100 euro......“

“Near the junction of the E40 and Brussels Ring. I visited the store by chance on my way back to Brussels from Sint Ulriks Kapelle in Jan. 2010. It is local bottle shop though has a superb selection of products. Sales assistant is very polite. I felt worthy enough to drop by the store.“
